John R. Alanskas, 67, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of antlerless deer on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $200.

Daniel R. Albert, 50, South Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence, one prior, on Aug. 12, dismissed.

Brandon E. Allen, 23, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Jose Luis Alvarez, 26, Providence, R.I., charged with attaching false plates on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Keith R. Anson, 34, Windham, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Ronald M. Antanavich, 39, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release and criminal trespass on Jan. 16, sent to jury trial.

Josef P. Arnoldy, 18, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Aug. 21, first charge adjudicated, fined $150, second charge dismissed.

Shawn M. Asselin, 26, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal mischief on Oct. 20 and 28, 2003, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on first charge, sentenced to 364 days, all suspended, probation one year, ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

Sheri L. Audet, 41, Greene, charged with motor vehicle speeding on Oct. 21, dismissed.

Tylor R. Austin, 26, Canton, charged with harassment and terrorizing on Aug. 19, 2003, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin Ayer, 38, Lewiston, charged with three counts of burglary on Dec. 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Derek Bailey, 19, Auburn, charged with operating after license suspension on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

James C. Bailey, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Jonathan C. Baldwin, 25, Jonesboro, charged with violating condition of release on Jan. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Sumner Barbarick, 59, Auburn, charged with hunting deer after having killed one and violation of rule deer permit on Nov. 19, sent to jury trial.

Valerie Barclay, 44, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Scott L. Barter, 19, Raymond, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana on Dec. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Clint R. Bartley, 26, Greene, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Brenda Beauchesne, 41, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 1, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $700.

Michael J. Carbonneau, 37, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 13 and criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime and violating condition of release on Dec. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; third, fourth and fifth charges sent to jury trial.

David A. Carey, 32, Wales, charged with criminal threatening on Sept. 28 and violating condition of release on Nov. 2, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Andrew Carsley, 20, Auburn, charged with unlawful use of a license on Sept. 8 and disorderly conduct on Oct. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Nicole Castonguay, 22, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Gonzalez Antonio Cazares, 34, Indicatown, Fla., charged with operation with false duty rule violation on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $500.

Alisha Chadwick, 18, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph B. Charest, 18, Lewiston, charged with misuse of identification on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $100 and $322 restitution.

Jason S. Charron, 25, Greene, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months.

Daniel R. Chase, 20, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and failure to notify operator of unattended vehicle of collision on Feb. 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for one year on first charge; sentenced to seven days on second charge.

David Allen Chase, 20, Sabattus, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Buddy A. Cooper, 23, Leeds, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 28, 2003, permanently transferred to Superior Court, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended, one year probation and $1,244.67 restitution.

Richard R. Cowles, 30, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $500.

Gilbert G. Coy Sr., 70, Durham, charged with hunting birds with a shotgun with more than three shells on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Harold D. Coy, 56, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Ryan Barry Coyle, 22, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief and indecent conduct on Aug. 21, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and $500 restitution on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Geno Criado, 27, Biddeford, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Suzanne I. Csoros, 48, Minot, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Cory B. Culleton, 19, Canton, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, driving to endanger, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 18, and operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 19, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended for 30 days; fifth charge dismissed; found guilty on sixth charge, fined $250.

Tricia A. Cyr, 31, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Nov. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

DC Excavation, Norway, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Sarge Daigle, 54, Wilton, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on Nov. 21, sent to jury trial.

Gary L. Dallaire, 56, Lewiston, charged with assault on Oct. 30 and violating condition of release on Nov. 8, first charge transferred to Superior Court; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five days.

Jacob Danforth, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Dec. 23, dismissed.

Joseph Daniels, 24, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $100 and $200 restitution.

Timothy S. Danse, 21, Lisbon Falls, charged with assault, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing government administration on Aug. 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third and fourth charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Daniel Davenport, 43, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Jan. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
