PORTLAND – The Harlem Globetrotters will bring their World of Fun North American Tour to the Cumberland County Civic Center on Sunday, March 27.
The game against the New York Nationals begins at 2 p.m.
Globetrotters owner and chairman Mannie Jackson said, “In 2005, we are excited to bring our World of Fun Tour to 250 U.S. cities and 40 countries around the globe.”
The “Ambassadors of Goodwill” will continue their traditions of introducing new and amazing ball-handling and comedy routines, a 30-minute meet-and-greet session at the end of the game, and visiting local schools, hospitals and other youth-based organizations.
The Harlem Globetrotters have played in 117 countries and before over 121 million fans worldwide.
