LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Abdi M. Abu, 26, Portland, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Sept. 26, dismissed, fined $50 on second charge.

Edward J. Adams Jr., 33, Lisbon Falls, charged with failing to attach deer tag to deer on Nov. 6, by default, fined $100.

Stephen J. Akers, 25, Topsham, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 20, offenses committed, fined $200 on first charge, fined $75 on second.

Anne Beaudry, 25, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 4, dismissed.

Debbie J. Beaulieu, 36, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 25, sent to jury trial and operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

James Beaulieu, 20, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on Nov. 5, 2003, dismissed.

Ryan Beaulieu, 21, Auburn, charged with minor possessing liquor on Nov. 13, offense committed, fined $200.

Scott J. Beckim, 24, Augusta, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Roland Bedard, 23, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Nathan Belanger, 19, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release and violating protective order on Jan. 2, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation two years.

Bell Pump Lask & Co., Portland, charged with violation of hazardous material regulation on Dec. 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Levi Benner, 21, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

William J. Beote, 34, Buckfield, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 29, offense committed, fined $200.

George A. Bernard, 21, Auburn, charged with furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $300.

Terry Bickford, 47, Wilton, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

David N. Biron, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 6, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to four days, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Zachary L. Blodgett, 19, Lewiston, charged with minor possessing liquor on Nov. 27, offense committed, fined $200.

Brian Bloss, 44, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 12, 2004, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked.

Alphonse M. Blouin III, 44, Durham, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Nov. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, second charge dismissed.

Ryan N. Boies, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Amanda Boisvert, 30, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating after suspension on May 5, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Paul B. Bolduc, 29, Sabattus, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Zein H. Bonaya, 23, Auburn, charged with unlawful use of license on July 13, found guilty, fined $50.

Susan S. Boulanger, 39, Poland, charged with operating under the influence, two priors, sent to jury trial.

Todd Boulet, 33, Auburn, charged with failing to make oral or written accident report and false public alarm or report on July 17, sent to jury trial.

Richard Bragdon, 55, Auburn, charged with failing to return library property, $108.88, dismissed.

Matthew C. Brannon, 30, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating after suspension on June 17, dismissed.

Michael A. Brasier, 30, Auburn, charged with assault on Nov. 8, sent to jury trial.

Theodore F. Brassley III, 28, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Eric L. Brewer, 32, Pensgrove, N.H., charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Jonathan S. Brooks, 18, Lisbon, charged with minor possessing liquor on Sept. 1, fined $200 by default.

Jessica Brown, 59, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without license on Nov. 29, found guilty, fined $200.

Jeremy Bubier, 26, Lewiston, charged with failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, and possession of marijuana on Nov. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Jessica Buie, 24, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard N. Bunnell, 36, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 5, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Matthew Burgess II, 18, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 3, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked.

Rick Burnham, 23, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Burns, 23, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Michael S. Burns, 28, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on Sept. 14, dismissed.

Arthur Bushey Jr., 38, Mechanic Falls, charged with failure to register vehicle on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $75.

Brian P. Cabral, 26, Minot, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $150.

Joshua E. Campbell, 24, New Gloucester, charged with operating under the influence, one prior, operating while license suspended/revoked-OUI, prior on Sept. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $700 on first charge, sentenced to 12 days, stayed, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended on first charge, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, stayed, license suspended one year, registration suspended on second charge.

Lisa M. Carbonneau, 27, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $150.
