Wade Morgan, 18, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Jan. 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Brian A. Morin, 21, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct, two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child, two counts of assault and criminal trespass on Aug. 29, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on first charge, sentenced to 364 days, all but 38 days suspended on fourth charge, sentenced to 364 days, all but 38 days suspended on fifth charge.
