TURNER – Stephen and Shannon Phair and the late Doreen Phair of Oakland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Phair, to Chad LeVasseur, son of Harold and Diane Wyman of Turner and Norman and Angela LeVasseur of Westbrook.
Miss Phair is a 1997 graduate of Messalonskee High School and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Southern Maine. She is currently employed at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Mr. LeVasseur is a 1998 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and received his associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. He is employed at the Royal River Grille House in Yarmouth.
A Sept. 3 wedding is planned in Waterville.
