AUBURN – St. Peter and Sacred Heart School will usher in thoughts of the new school year by holding an open house on early learning from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Thursday, March 31. Parents of children who will be 4 or 5 years old by the fall are encouraged to attend.
“This is a great opportunity for any parents who have preschool children to learn what school is like for the 4- or 5-year-old,” said Principal Donna Sawyer. Pre-school teacher Val Ouellette and kindergarten teacher Elissa Guy will make presentations accompanied by a slide show.
In addition, parents will be given tours of the school and an opportunity to understand the developmental stages involved in the early years of learning. Parents of children already enrolled in the school will be present to share their experiences.
