FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court: Jessica A. Gammon, 25, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 8 in Farmington. She was fined $250 and was ordered to make restitution of $15.

Heidi Gow, 18, of Vienna was charged with possession of marijuana Nov. 2 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Denise Grant, 25, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 3 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua D. Grant, 21, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 6 in Farmington. He was fined $300 and was ordered to make restitution of $100.

Shawn W. Griffin, 36, of Jay was charged with robbery July 9, 2001, in Farmington. He was sentenced for nine months, and his probation was partially revoked.

Christopher Grondin, 28, of Jay was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Benjamin T. Gully, 18, of West Paris was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $125.

Matthew B. Haggan, 27, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 11 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Timothy S. Haines, 32, of Farmington Falls was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Nov. 11 in New Sharon. He was fined $300.

Brandon A. Haley, 18, of Stone Mt., Ga., was charged with failure to make 48-hour accident report Sept. 20 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Darrell S. Hanson, 24, of West Gardiner was charged with driving a vehicle without a license July 18 in New Sharon. He was fined $150.

Jerry M. Hanson Jr., 25, of Phillips was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Nov. 17 in Phillips. He was fined $100. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog Nov. 17 in Phillips, he was fined $100.

Robert E. Harding, 60, of Anson was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 26 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Todd E. Hargreaves, 36, of Strong was charged with assault Nov. 28 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Deborah J. Harriman, 47, of Jay was charged with forgery Dec. 7 in Jay. A $500 fine was suspended by $200 and she was ordered to make restitution of $895.62.

Benjamin Harris, 18, of Livermore Falls was charged with attaching false plates Jan. 1 in Weld. The case was dismissed.

Thomas W. Harville, 45, of Skowhegan was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $500. For a charge of unlawful use of license Oct. 10 in Farmington, he was fined $100.

William H. Henry, 51, of Dixfield was charged with failure to register vehicle May 20 in Carthage. The case was dismissed.

Joey D. Hilderbran, 33, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument June 25 in Farmington. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $117.29.

Christine L. Hilinski, 46, of New Sharon was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog Nov. 5 in New Sharon. She was fined $100.

Frank E. Howard, 41, of Kingfield was charged with being a sex offender failing to register or update information Dec. 1 in Kingfield. He was fined $250.

Todd Huff, 30, of Strong was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 25 in Strong. He was fined $200. For a charge of trapping without written consent Oct. 25 in Strong, he was fined $100.

Robert Hunter Jr., 35, of Farmington was charged with violating condition of release Feb. 1 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 48 hours.

Cory J. Hutchinson, 18, of Farmington was charged with driving to endanger Oct. 1 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Timothy Hutchinson, 19, of Hollis was charged with attaching false plates Nov. 3 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jason A. Hyde, 26, of Wilton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 12 in Wilton. He was fined $500 and ordered to make restitution of $1,250.

Andrew C. Irish, 48, of Peru was charged with kindling fire without permit Nov. 24 in Township 6. He was fined $100.

Clark C. Irons, 53, of Richford, Vt., was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Nov. 2 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

William J. Kemp IV, 18, of Industry was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 12 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Scott Kidder, 24, of Industry was charged with terrorizing Dec. 4 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Walter P. Kilbreth, 54, of Kingfield was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 30 in Salem. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Rebeca S. Killam, 19, of Boston, Mass., was charged with possession of marijuana Sept. 11 in Jay. She was fined $250.

Margaret S. King, 57, of Canton was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 14 in Wilton. She was fined $600 and her license was suspended for 120 days. For a charge of failing to give motor vehicle accident information Sept. 14 in Wilton, she was fined $200.

Betsey Knox, 41, of Canton was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Sept. 5 in Jay. She was fined $200.

Joshua Krell, 48, of Dixfield was charged with driving under the influence and with failing to make oral or written accident report Oct. 14 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Scott B. Labbe, 39, of Farmington was charged with refusing to sign criminal summons Dec. 24 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Tammy A. Ladd, 32, of Farmington was charged with assault May 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Randall D. Lake, 43, of North Jay was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 5 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

David R. Lakin, 23, of Farmington was charged with assault Nov. 24 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Gerard Landry, 37, of North Anson was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug , refusing to submit to arrest or detention and with failing to stop for an officer Aug. 21 in Avon. For each charge, he was sentenced for 110 days. For a charge of driving to endanger Aug. 21 in Avon, he was sentenced for 110 days and his license was suspended for 30 days. For a charge of driving after license suspension Aug. 21 in Avon, he was fined $250.

Marc R. Lariviere, 54, of Richford, Vt., was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Oct. 2 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Sean A. Latham, 18, of Westbrook was charged with kindling a fire without permission May 29 in Township D. He was fined $100.

Peter G. Lawrence, 27, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Derek T. Lee, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with criminal mischief Aug. 11 in Jay. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $375.

Karla Lilley, 46, of New Sharon was charged with misuse of E911 system and with violating condition of release Nov. 27 in New Sharon. Both charges were dismissed.

Jessica L. Lopez, 23, of Jay was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Nov. 5 in Jay. She was fined $300. A second charge of furnishing liquor to a minor Nov. 5 in Jay was dismissed.

Stephen M. Mahar, 23, of New Vineyard was charged with criminal trespass and with violating condition of release Jan. 7 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Ted Mannette, 30, of Bangor was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Earl W. Martin III, 27, of Jay was charged with driving to endanger Nov. 7 in Jay. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Tina L. Martin, 20, of West Farmington was charged with stealing drugs June 6 in Chesterville. She was fined $250.

Travis Martin, 21, of Warren was charged with two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Sept. 10 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Jesse W. McLaughlin, 25, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 16 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Rhonda M. McLaughlin, 46, of Anson was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 14 in Farmington. Her probation was revoked.

Ian D. McMahon, 18, of Andover, Mass., was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

John T. Messinese, 20, of Hanover was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 14 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Norman Michaud, 43, of Acton was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 7 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Mike Lane and Gang Trucking of Kingfield was charged with rule Violation Z Dec. 20 in Stratton. The company was fined $100.

Sharon M. Mikrut, 43, of Chesterville was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 26 in Chesterville. She was fined $500.

Donald R. Morton, 65, of Rangeley was charged with burning prohibited material Jan. 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Stephen Mosher, 56, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without license Dec. 9 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Peter W. Myers, 54, of Sussex was charged with driving after suspension July 26 in New Sharon. He was fined $200.

Jenna M. Neal, 19, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 16 in Strong. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Sandra L. Nemi, 41, of Jay was charged with two counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor Sept. 21 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin A. Newell, 20, of Kingfield was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 24 in Salem. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Sean D. Nichols, 21, of Athens was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 26 in Kingfield. He was fined $200.

Benjamin A. Noyes, 22, of Farmington was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Nov. 7 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and ordered to perform 250 hours of community service. For a second charge of furnishing liquor to a minor Aug. 1 in Farmington, he was ordered to perform 250 hours of community service.

Timothy Nurse, 29, of Wilton was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 14 in Farmington. He was sentenced for seven days.
