AUBURN – Tickets are on sale for the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society’s Spring Raffle.
Prizes include a restored antique trunk filled with goodies; Planet Dog fort bed; hand-built original Kat Kondo; lost wax handmade sterling silver strutting horse pendant; handcrafted doll house; “Lily” from the Heritage Signature Doll Collection; and “Indian” from the Ashley Belle Doll Collection.
Tickets can be purchased at the Humane Society or printed off the Web site at www.gahumane.org. Winners will be drawn on Friday, April 29. All proceeds from the raffle will directly benefit the Humane Society.
The shelter receives help from the community and gives back through community services. It serves 11 municipalities and a total population of more than 100,000 people.
The shelter is located at 3312 Hotel Road. Anyone interested in learning more about volunteering at the shelter or adopting an animal should call 783-2311 or visit the Web site.
