FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Patrick W. O’Donal, 24, of Chesterville was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 11 in Chesterville. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Patrick W. O’Donal, 24, of Chesterville was charged with possession of marijuana Nov. 11 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

Robert C. Olson, 36, of West Roxbury, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 20 in Salem. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Samuel G. Paling, 21, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 25 in Chesterville. He was fined $250.

Richard A. Parker Jr., 46, of Phillips was charged with night hunting Nov. 4 in E Township. He was fined $1,300 and was sentenced for 72 hours.

Brian A. Pederson, 21, of So. Attleboro, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $125.

Anthony J. Perrone, 43, of Monroe, Conn., was charged with driving after license suspension Sept. 16 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Clayton Philbrook, 24, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 13 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Joseph Poulin, 45, of Skowhegan was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 24 in Farmington. All but six months of a five-year sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for four years and ordered to make restitution of $10,947.04.

Jessica M. Powers, 22, of Wilton was charged with failing to notify owner of property damage accident Jan. 5 in Farmington. She was fined $300.

Cody J. Pratt, 19, of Norway was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 17 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Stewart Presby, 34, of Jay was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 18 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

R & M Enterprises of Exeter was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components Sept. 8 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Casaundra B. Redlevske, 22, of New Sharon was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime Nov. 26 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor Nov. 26 in New Sharon, she was fined $200.

Todd Reed, 43, of Addison, Vt., was charged with failing to attach deer tag to deer Nov. 10 in Madrid. He was fined $100.

Arnold W. Robbins, 41, of Dedham was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 7 in Jay. He was fined $500.

Michael G. Rowe, 36, of Natick, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 24 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jenny Rusu, 20, of Livermore was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 8 in Farmington. She was fined $600, sentenced for seven days and her license was suspended for one year.

William M. Ryan, 21, of New Sharon was charged with attaching false plates Dec. 9 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed.

Lucinda J. Ryder, 39, of Livermore Falls was charged with failing to report Oct. 15 in Farmington. She was ordered to perform eight hours of community service.

Sherry Lyn Salisbury, 33, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 25 in Farmington. She was fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days and her license was suspended for four years. A charge of assault Sept. 25 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention Sept. 25 in Farmington, she was sentenced for 15 days and for a charge of driving a vehicle without license Sept. 25 in Farmington was dismissed.

Nicholas N. Sants, 26, of Eustis was charged with cultivating marijuana and with unlawful possession of scheduled drug Jan. 9 in Eustis. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Edward F. Sartell, 41, of Reading, Mass., was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 15 in Coplin Plantation. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Glen E. Savage, 19, of Cohinwood, Calif., was charged with attaching false plates Oct. 16 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Kendrick A. Savage, 44, of Rangeley was charged with assault Jan. 8 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan A. Savage, 20, of New Sharon was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Nov. 10 in New Sharon. He was fined $50. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog Nov. 10 in New Sharon, he was fined $50.

Michael J. Shaw, 37, of Naples was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Nov. 22 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Bruce A. Short, II, 24, of Vienna was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 10 in Chesterville. He was fined $250.

Karen J. Shovelton, 45, of Wilton was charged with obscuring motor vehicle plates marks Dec. 18 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Landon A. Smith, 18, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Adam P. Somes, 24, of Brewer was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Nicholas R. St. Pierre, 22, of Chesterville was charged with having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle Nov. 24 in Chesterville. He was fined $100.

Jared Stackpole, 18, of Cushing was charged with unlawful shooting or discharge of firearm Nov. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Jared Stackpole, 18, of Cushing was charged with trapping or hunting in wildlife sanctuary Nov. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Scott Stackpole, 24, of Cushing was charged with failing to timely register bear, deer, moose, turkey Nov. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Jason R. Starbird, 21, of Jay was charged with assault May 23 in New Sharon. He was fined $500.

Wendy L. Stebbins, 34, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 25 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Lynn E. Sterry, 62, of Weld was charged with having a loaded firearm in a vehicle Jan. 29 in Weld. Sterry was fined $100.

Justin D. Steuber, 22, of Madison was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $200.

Christyne L. Stevens, 21, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 15 in Wilton. She was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Michael R. Storer, 25, of Jay was charged with criminal mischief Nov. 6 in Jay. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $280.

Michael O. Sullivan, 22, of Augusta was charged with disorderly conduct Oct. 15 in Farmington. The case was filed.

T T Dunphy Inc. of North Anson was charged with rule violation for defective steer control component Oct. 27 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.
