Charles E. Dunning, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 1, probation violation, sentenced to 20 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Nicholas B. Dupile, 23, Turner, charged with operating commercial a vehicle outside of class on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

April M. Dupont, 26, Gardiner, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 17, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Eric B. Dyer, 42, Saco, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Tyler G. Eads, 18, Castine, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 6, dismissed.

Earthworks Landscaping, Greene, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Dec. 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Llewellyn M. Eaton, 34, Lewiston, charged with unlawful use of a license on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $50.

Eric D. Eddy, 19, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 14, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

James A. Edwards III, 23, Lewiston, charged with attaching false plates on Oct. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 12 hours.

John E. Edwards, 54, Mechanic Falls, charged with two counts of failing to pay tax or file return on Jan. 1, 1996 and Jan. 1, 1997, Maine Revenue Service probation violation, no sentence imposed for each charge.

Ronald W. Enman, 45, Lewiston, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Sept. 22, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 60 days for each charge.

John Alex Esty Jr., 23, Lewiston, charged with burglary on Dec. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

Melinda L. Evans, 25, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 5, sent to jury trial.

Brian Paul Thompson, 23, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Donald Thompson, 21, Mexico, charged with violating condition of release, escape and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 9, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $400.

Joseph Tilton, 25, Auburn, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Nov. 30, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge.

Jedediah B. Tims, 22, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Jessica L. Tingley, 23, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $150.

Michael Tocci, 27, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on April 28, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Terry L. Tremblay, 25, North Monmouth, charged with criminal speed on Nov. 15, found guilty, fined $300.

Jason C. Trott, 22, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan Trudell, 26, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Aaron C. Trundy, 27, Hebron, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 27, sent to jury trial.

Pasi K. Turpeinen, 49, Jyvaskyla, Finland, charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 11, filed, fined $150.

Ilissa Vallee, 18, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Joline D. Vallee, 40, Auburn, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Dec. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 for each charge.

David L. Wagg, 32, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended for 90 days.

Jason Wagner, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Rebecca L. Wallace, 25, Livermore Falls, charged with keeping an unlicensed dog on Nov. 13, fined $50 by default.

Stephen Joseph Warren, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $500.

Alan L. Washburn, 37, Industry, charged with criminal threatening on Sept. 27 and two counts of terrorizing on Aug. 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 45 days for each charge.

Thomas J. Washuk, 61, Livermore Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Ashley M. Waters, 18, Topsham, charged with transporting liquor by a minor on Nov. 20, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days.

Brian M. Watts, 20, Lewiston, charged with reckless conduct on Jan. 21, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Shanalee M. Webb, 35, Middleton, N.H., charged with permitting unlawful use on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Jay M. Webster, 26, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $100 and $17 restitution.

Jennifer R. Wentworth, 28, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $500.

Robert S. Wetzel, 33, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Jan. 14, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Kevin B. Whitten, 28, Lisbon Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $150.

Percsell R. Williams, 43, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Shawna Wilson, 27, Poland, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 31, dismissed.

Vivian I. Wilson, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Harrison Winslow Jr., 37, Mechanic Falls, charged with illegal transportation of animal or bird on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven F. Witham Jr., 36, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

William Henry Wood, 26, Gardiner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana on Oct. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Donella Joyce Woodsome, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 30, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended, one year probation and $720.96 restitution.

Peter Zacharewich, 21, Unity, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 21, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
