FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Shawn M. Talon, 30, of Brewer was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence Dec. 23 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Eugene S. Tardif, 23, of Jay was charged with reckless conduct April 16 in Wilton. All but 78 days of a two-year sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years and ordered to make restitution of $1,500.

Samuel B. Thibault, 22, of East Wilton was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 19 in Kingfield. He was fined $150.

Brad R. Thibodeau, 20, of St. Sterling, Ky., was charged with rule violation, duty status not current Oct. 27 in Wilton. He was fined $250.

Jodi Thomas, 19, of Strong was charged with littering Oct. 6 in Salem. She was fined $150 and ordered to make restitution of $112.31.

Reona J. Thomas, 42, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 7 in Farmington. Thomas was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Joel Thompson, 30, of Phillips was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 6 in Phillips. He was fined $100. For a charge of driving a snowmobile on a public way Jan. 6 in Phillips, he was fined $100.

Clayton Tibbetts, 26, of Livermore Falls was charged with attaching false plates Nov. 7 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Stephanie J. Tisor, 42, of Stratton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 11 in Eustis. She was fined $250. A charge of failure to register vehicle Sept. 11 in Eustis was dismissed.

Daniel A. Tracy, 19, of New Sharon was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 23 in Industry. He was fined $200.

Erlon C. Tripp, 58, of Stratton was charged with failing to extinguish fire Nov. 29 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Stephen Richard Tullercash, 42, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 3 in Wilton. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Todd O. Tyler, 26, of Farmington Falls was charged with failing to extinguish fire April 24 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jaime L. Valderrama, 27, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument May 19 in Jay. Valderrama was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $23.28.

Koren L. Velez, 52, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing Sept. 28 in Farmington. A 30-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year.

Derek R. Viles, 22, of Jay was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Dec. 14 in Jay. He was fined $125. For a charge of possession of marijuana Dec. 14 in Jay, he was fined $250.

Joshua Vitale, 20, of Augusta was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 21 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

William H. Waas, 20, of Jay was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 11 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Christopher K. Walker, 26 of Farmington was charged with sexual abuse of a minor Oct. 1 in Wilton. He was sentenced for 200 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Christopher K. Walker, 26, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 22 in Jay. All but 90 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Dec. 22 in Jay, a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Wayne Warren Jr., 19, of Waterford was charged with being a supervisor not accompanying junior hunter Nov. 13 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100.

Scott L. Webber, 44, of New Vineyard was charged with assault, obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct Oct. 31 in New Vineyard. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Zachary L. Webber, 23, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 12 in New Vineyard. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Gary A.Welch, 42, of Chesterville was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime Oct. 9 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal mischief Oct. 9 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

West End & Hub Spring Co of Stoughton, Mass., was charged with no proof of periodic inspection Oct. 27 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Ivory A. Wheeler, 26, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 11 in Farmington. She was fined $700, sentenced for seven days and her license was suspended for 18 months.

Stephanie L. Whelpley, 21, of Jay was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Nov. 18 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Timothy C. Whittier, 23, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 14 in Chesterville. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

John Wiese, 45, of New Portland was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Norman Wilbur, 36, of Farmington was charged with criminal mischief Dec. 6 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Katherine R. Wills, 23, of Kingfield was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 12 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.

James A. Woodbury, 45, of Livermore was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 1 in Jay. He was fined $600.

Michael Worth, 18, of Jay was charged with forgery Sept. 14 in Jay. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $50. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 14 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Lauralyn M. Wright, 40, of Jay was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 5 in Wilton. She was fined $100.

Randy Young, 27, of Chelsea was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 29 in New Vineyard. He was fined $250.
