Dana L. Farley, 54, Augusta, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on June 8, found guilty, fined $100 and $200 restitution.

David E. Federico, 54, East Poland, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

James Ferguson Jr., 33, Auburn, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 20, both charges sent to jury trial.

Debra Ann Fernandez, 43, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Amanda Field, 28, Lewiston, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Nov. 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Oscar A. Flores, 49, Everett, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended for 90 days.

Brian Fontaine, 34, Manville, R.I., charged with being a fugitive from justice on Jan. 26, extradition waived.

Linda L. Footman, 59, Casco, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Martin J. Ford, 46, Greene, charged with unlawful sexual touching and sexual abuse of a minor on June 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Kenneth A. Foster, 21, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing on July 25, 2003, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Christopher A. Fournier, 18, Lewiston, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Nov. 29, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Jeannine Denise Frank, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 9, dismissed.

David J. Fraser, 23, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Jan. 23, found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to 24 hours.

Carl Frost II, 20, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard B. Gaffney, 52, West Poland, charged with unlawful use of a license on Nov. 5, found guilty, fined $50.

Eric W. Galarneau, 19, Lewiston, charged with violation of a protective order from harassment on Dec. 19, found guilty, fined $75.

Timothy P. Gallagher, 35, Jay, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $500.

Adam J. Gallant, 19, Mexico, charged with obstructing government administration on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Keith D. Gammon, 38, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Aug. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michael D. Giambra, 31, Portland, charged with operating under the influence, criminal speed and operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 14, probation violation, sentenced to 120 days and probation revoked.

Cary Wayne Clifford, 49, Freeport, charged with criminal mischief and two counts of assault on Nov. 4 and violating a protective order on Nov. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Lucas Giguere, 22, Auburn, charged with possession of fireworks and possession of marijuana on Nov. 18, offense committed on both charges, fined $35 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Christopher M. Goding, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Juan E. Gonzalez, 22, North Turner, charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 6, transferred to Superior Court.

Virginia H. Gordon, 32, Dryden, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert W. Gossiaux Sr., 21, Alfred, charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 13, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Shane A. Goulet, 29, Minot, charged with operating under the influence on July 30, dismissed.

Robert E. Goyette Jr., 45, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 27, probation violation, sentenced to 250 days and probation partially revoked.

Edwin C. Grant, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months; second and third charges dismissed.

Sherrill A. Grant, 42, Lewiston, charged with attaching false plates on Nov. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Joshua Gray, 21, Poland, charged with three counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Nov. 28, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Carol P. Kennedy Gray, 38, Westbrook, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 10, sent to jury trial.

Todd S. Greene, 38, South Paris, charged with gross sexual assault on Jan. 1, transferred to Superior Court.

Grimmels Auto Sales, Lewiston, charged with displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Joseph J. Groomes, 24, Livermore, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 16, found guilty, fined $150.

Bruce Guild, 49, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Dec. 14, offense committed, fined $200.

Dylan M. Guilmette, 26, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 23 and operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years; second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to two days; fifth charge dismissed.

Marc Guilmette, 41, Sabattus, charged with assault on an officer and eluding an officer on Nov. 4, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stephen C. Gurney, 19, Winthrop, charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 1, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $150 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Stephen C. Gurney, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Corey J. Hagan, 25, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Joshua T. Ham, 23, Lisbon Falls, charged with accompanying a motor vehicle permittee while impaired on Aug. 15 and disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on Sept. 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Thomas Hamann, 18, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas M. Hamilton, 22, Auburn, charged with assault, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 7, first and second charges dismissed; third charge filed with no cost.

Michael J. Haskell, 41, Lewiston, charged with possession or marijuana on Nov. 17, fined $200 by default.

John Hayes, 34, Lewiston, charged with possession of fireworks on Nov. 15, offense committed, fined $25.

Scott Hayes, 32, Auburn, charged with criminal threatening on Oct. 26, dismissed.

Robert Hayward, 29, Lewiston, charged with obstructing the report of a crime on Sept. 8, dismissed.

Christina Hernandez, 21, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 9 and Nov. 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge.

Robert K. Hespe, 19, Lisbon, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 12, fined $100 by default.

Craig L. Hewins, 27, Fayette, charged with criminal speed on Nov. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Meghan Hilderbrand, 24, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 6, 2003, found guilty, fined $100 and unconditional discharge.

Dwight D. Hilton, 43, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Jan. 6, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Jeremy Isaac Hiltz, 26, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse J. Hiscock, 23, Livermore Falls, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Oct. 27, dismissed.

Chris W. Hitchcock, 18, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on Nov. 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Roger T. Hoar, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 96 hours.

Casey M. Hubley, 18, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 4, 2003, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.
