Joseph J. Groomes, 24, Livermore, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 16, found guilty, fined $150.

Bruce Guild, 49, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Dec. 14, offense committed, fined $200.

Dylan M. Guilmette, 26, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 23 and operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years; second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to two days; fifth charge dismissed.

Marc Guilmette, 41, Sabattus, charged with assault on an officer and eluding an officer on Nov. 4, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stephen C. Gurney, 19, Winthrop, charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 1, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $150 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Stephen C. Gurney, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Corey J. Hagan, 25, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Joshua T. Ham, 23, Lisbon Falls, charged with accompanying a motor vehicle permittee while impaired on Aug. 15 and disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on Sept. 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Thomas Hamann, 18, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas M. Hamilton, 22, Auburn, charged with assault, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 7, first and second charges dismissed; third charge filed with no cost.

Michael J. Haskell, 41, Lewiston, charged with possession or marijuana on Nov. 17, fined $200 by default.

John Hayes, 34, Lewiston, charged with possession of fireworks on Nov. 15, offense committed, fined $25.

Scott Hayes, 32, Auburn, charged with criminal threatening on Oct. 26, dismissed.

Robert Hayward, 29, Lewiston, charged with obstructing the report of a crime on Sept. 8, dismissed.

Edward R. Heath Jr., 29, Mechanic Falls, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher A. Henry, 33, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 29, both charges sent to jury trial.

Christina Hernandez, 21, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 9 and Nov. 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge.

Robert K. Hespe, 19, Lisbon, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 12, fined $100 by default.

Craig L. Hewins, 27, Fayette, charged with criminal speed on Nov. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Meghan Hilderbrand, 24, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 6, 2003, found guilty, fined $100 and unconditional discharge.

Dwight D. Hilton, 43, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Jan. 6, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Jeremy Isaac Hiltz, 26, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse J. Hiscock, 23, Livermore Falls, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Oct. 27, dismissed.

Chris W. Hitchcock, 18, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on Nov. 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Roger T. Hoar, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 96 hours.

Casey M. Hubley, 18, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 4, 2003, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

David G. Ackerley, 51, Lewiston, charged with reckless conduct on April 30, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Tammy L. Adams, 46, Auburn, charged with assault on Jan. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Christie L. Albee, 24, Lewiston, charged with failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on Dec. 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Daniel R. Albert, 50, South Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Aug. 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three days and license suspended for 30 days.

Wayne P. Allen, 39, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 4, found guilty, sentenced to six days.
