MEXICO – The RAAPA Chorus, under the direction of Judith Kuhn, will begin rehearsals at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, for its eighth annual dinner theater.

The music to be performed will include “It’s a Grand Night for Singing,” “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” “Don’t Fence Me in” and “I’m Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter.”

Anyone wishing to join the chorus should call Kelli Olson at 369-0028 no later than Monday, April 25, to reserve a folder of music. Rehearsals will be held from 7 to 8:15 p.m. Tuesdays at the Mountain Valley Middle School. Those attending should bring a pencil and an audio cassette on which the music to be performed can be recorded.

Auditions for the one-act plays will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at Mountain Valley Middle School. There are roles for six men and eight women. Scripts will be available at the Rumford Library from April 11 through 25.

The dinner theater will be held at Park Place in Rumford, June 24, 25 and 26.
