STRONG – Kristin Rackliffe was named Employee of the Month at Strong Nursing Home recently.

She is noted as being friendly and always willing to lend a hand. She goes above and beyond with everything she does, staff said.

Rackliff is the assistant director of nursing services and has held that position since last July.

Rackliffe lives in Freeman with husband, Mike, and two children, Taylor and Christopher. A new home and raising a family keep her busy. When she does have spare time, she enjoys making baskets, scrapbooking and taking “Gram” to play bingo.

When asked why she enjoys working at Strong Nursing Home, she cited the family-oriented, homelike setting. She said, “It’s just one big happy family here.”
