LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Keith Kramarz, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on June 4, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Joshua A. Labelle, 25, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $300.

Debra L. Lachance, 45, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 8, filed with no cost.

Albert G. Lamb, 32, Lewiston, charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Dec. 15, dismissed.

Sarah K. Landry, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault on Feb. 12, dismissed.

Johnny Lee Lane Jr., 26, Peru, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Chad R. Lapierre, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Christine M. Lapointe, 28, Livermore Falls, charged with criminal mischief on Dec. 18, found guilty, sentenced to pay $450 restitution and 15 hours community service.

Christopher Larochelle, 27, Turner, charged with assault on Jan. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Steven D. Larock, 39, Lewiston, charged with failure to remove solid waste from curbside on Oct. 8, fined $200 by default.

Corey Larrabee, 26, Auburn, charged with assault on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Robert Latlippe, 31, Auburn, charged with displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, attaching false plates and an unsafe or defective rule violation on Nov. 4, all charges dismissed.

Ryan L. Laverdiere, 23, Fayette, charged with fishing without a valid license on Jan. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Derek Stanley Lavoie, 24, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

Tyrone R. Lawson, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 29 and Dec. 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Andrew J. Leclair, 19, Casco, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on May 4, dismissed.

Roy E. Leet, 39, Portland, charged with burglary, operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release on Jan. 6, all charges dismissed.

Harry E. Libby III, 42, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and violating condition of release on Jan. 5, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

James R. Libby, 23, Greene, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Shawn Liggetto, 19, Dixfield, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Adam W. Lovejoy, 19, Mexico, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 17, offense committed, fined $75.

Thomas Edward Lumpkin, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on Jan. 29, sent to jury trial.

Donald A. Lush, 21, Topsham, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Joseph H. Lynch, 61, Portland, charged with violating a protective order on Nov. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days.

Ronald Lynn, 58, Auburn, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel Lyons, 39, Winthrop, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Jamie D. Lyons, 18, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Benjamin Mace, 29, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Karla Mackenzie, 32, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $150.

Timothy C. Maddocks, 45, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 19, dismissed.

Johanna H. Maeland, 57, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 23, filed with no cost.

Andrew L. Maillet, 26, Monmouth, charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Oct. 19, found guilty, fined $400.

Vinson D. Mangos, 30, Lewiston, charged with attaching false plates and being a habitual vehicle offender on Dec. 9, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Rhonda Jo Marchetti, 32, Livermore Falls, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on Nov. 7, offense committed on both charges, fined $50 for each charge.

Deniece L. Martin, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $500.

Tabitha Martin, 18, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 4, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Shannon M. Mason, 18, Oxford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard S. Matthews Jr., 27, Oxford, charged with passing a stopped school bus on Oct. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Jessica Mattson, 23, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass and possession of marijuana on Oct. 2, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 5, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $250; fourth charge filed with no cost.

Brianna McClintock, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Stephanie McKellick, 23, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on May 31, dismissed.
