RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Jeremy C. Abbott, 26, Dixfield, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 22, found guilty, fined $500 and $1,462.50 restitution.

David Berry, 38, Andover, charged with driving to endanger on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $300.

Ricky S. Blouin, 24, Farmington, charged with burglary and aggravated criminal mischief on March 27, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jefferson B. Clark, 25, Newry, charged with burglary on Dec. 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn Alan Comeau, 23, Rumford, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Evan A. Connors, 39, Bethel, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 1, 2003, found guilty, fined $250.

Ellen B. Coyne, 34, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 12, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended on 18 months.

Justin M. Dube, 20, Topsfield, Mass., charged with a snowmobile rule violation on Feb. 18, waived, fined $100.

Corey Duguay, 33, Hillsboro, Ohio, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and possession of marijuana on Dec. 2, both charges waived, fined $150 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Mark Duguay, 45, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 28, sent to jury trial.

Brice C. Gammon, 24, Andover, charged with theft of services on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $50.

James William Garlington, 53, Marion, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 29, sent to jury trial.

John F. Gotto, charged with night hunting, and use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals on Nov. 24, first charge dismissed; fined $500 and $500 restitution on second charge.

Timothy L. Gotto, 45, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on April 15, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Judith A. Hansen, 50, Saco, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Adrienne A. Hodgkins, 23, Peru, charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening on Feb. 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

Amanda K. Johnson, 18, Bethel, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on March 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Robert Johnson, 40, Canton, charged with assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal mischief, and terrorizing on Nov. 13, and operating under the influence, theft by unauthorized use of property, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, and violating condition of release on Dec. 24, found guilty on first, second and third charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge; fourth charge dismissed; found guilty on fifth, sixth and seventh charges, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days on fifth charge; sentenced to nine months with all suspended and $2,500 restitution for each on sixth and seventh charges; eighth charge dismissed.

Barbara J. Kennison, 47, Peru, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Aaron Larochelle, 23, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $600.

Nicholas Evans Leonard, 20, Exeter, N.H., charged with driving to endanger on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $300.

Mark E. Levesque, 52, Hyannis, Mass., charged with failing to yield the right of way on Dec. 27, filed, fined $150.

Richard Masterson, 54, Rumford, charged with cruelty to animals on Nov. 23, offense committed, fined $500 with all but $350 suspended.

Richard K. McAlister, 65, Norway, charged with harassment by telephone on Nov. 7, filed with no cost.

Michael McKeen, 38, Canton, charged with failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on March 4, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael P. Moore, 21, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 6, and keeping a dangerous dog, allowing a dog to be at large, and three counts of allowing an at risk breed to run at large on Jan. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $500 and $471.40 restitution on second charge; fined $35 on third charge; fourth and fifth charges dismissed; offense committed on sixth charge, fined $75.

Charles J. Morton, 37, Andover, charged with driving to endanger on Dec. 14, found guilty, fined $500.

Steven A. Morton, 19, Peachem, Vt., charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 28, found guilty, fined $250.

Marc Noyes, 38, Peru, charged with operating an ATV on land of another without permission, and operating an unregistered ATV on Nov. 13, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Daniel Pardieu, 20, Boston, Mass., charged with violating condition of release on March 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Lisa C. Parent, 41, Mexico, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Dec. 22, offense committed, fined $40.

Thomas W. Plante Jr., 41, Mexico, charged with possession of marijuana on Dec. 16, filed, fined $100.

Steven Roberts, 41, Milton Township, charged with eluding an officer on March 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Chanda L. Safratello, 26, Berlin, N.H., charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Douglas Sinclair, 19, Mexico, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $250.

George W. Skillin, 24, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $600.

Kimberly Theriault, 26, Mexico, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 8 and operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 and $62 restitution on first charge, fined $500 on second charge.

Clarence T. Tompkins, 34, Carthage, charged with two counts of criminal trespass on June 18, unconditional discharge on both charges.

Marie Towers, 25, Livermore Falls, charged with criminal trespass and assault on April 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for both charges.

Joseph Turner, 23, Mexico, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Feb. 6, transferred to Superior Court.

Randy R. Veilleux, 39, Jay, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $500.

Fred L. Webber, 57, Sumner, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 4, sent to jury trial.

Martin A. White, 39, Rumford, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Nov. 2, and operating under the influence on Nov. 10, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.
