LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Dwayne Adams, 33, Lewiston, charged with robbery, aggravated assault and burglary on Jan. 16, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Kodjo K. Agounke, 42, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 5, sent to jury trial.

David Akerley, 51, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual revocation on Jan. 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Luis Cruz Alicea, 22, Hartford, Conn., charged with being a fugitive from justice on March 9, dismissed.

Shannon M. Allen, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 11, dismissed.

Wayne P. Allen, 39, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $200.

Christopher T. Allyn, 28, Lisbon, charged with cultivating marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Ryan L. Bachelder, 20, Turner, charged with violating condition of release on March 19, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Elizabeth Bartlett, 44, Auburn, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and a dangerous dog complaint violation on Aug. 27, offense committed on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

John Bartos, 22, Lisbon Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

John W. Bates, 29, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Jesse William Baum, 22, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 18, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Glen V. Beaulieu, 42, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $600.

James A. Beaulieu, 37, Auburn, charged with operating without a license on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Arthur J. Beaver, 22, Rumford, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates, theft of services, and operating after suspension on May 10, 2002, and being a habitual motor vehicle offender on March 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third and fourth charges, sentenced to two days and $10 restitution on second charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on third charge; fined $500 on fourth charge.

Brandy Bechard, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 6, filed with no cost.

Ian Bechard, 18, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 5 and violating condition of release on March 19, first charge filed with no cost, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two days.

John P. Beeler, 23, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening and criminal mischief on May 18, 2004, probation violation on both charges, probation continued and no sentence imposed on first charge; probation partially revoked on second charge.

Terry L. Belanger, 48, Livermore, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on Nov. 10, fined $100 on first charge by default; fined $50 on second charge by default.

Stephanie Bell, 30, West Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Feb. 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Chantal J. Bernier, 21, Auburn, charged with failing to notify owner of accident property damage on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Jeremy C. Bickford, 27, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher D. Bigelow, 29, Monmouth, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 4, sent to jury trial.

Carol A. Bilodeau, 53, Lisbon, charged with attaching false plates on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

James J. Blanchard, 36, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on Nov. 9 and Nov. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.
