LEWISTON – “Just Us,” a local musical group, will go “down Memory Lane” in concert on Friday, May 13, at the Multi-Purpose Center, 145 Birch St. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will start at 7.

The event is a fund-raiser, with proceeds to benefit the Lewiston Senior Citizens program. The concert is open to the public with general admission seating. Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 at the door and can be purchased at the Lewiston Senior Citizens Office at the Multi-Purpose Center or from members of the Lewiston Senior Citizens.

DAR meeting

LISBON FALLS – Regent Sheila Desgrosseilliers said that the Burnt Meadow Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will hold its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at the home of Jayne Bickford. Charlene Bartlett will be the hostess. Following the business meeting, a silent auction will be held.

New Scrabble club

AUBURN – The new National Scrabble Association Club will hold a kick-off meeting from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the Great Falls School, first floor, 140 High St. The club will meet from 5 to 8:30 p.m. every second and fourth Sunday starting June 12. Yard, craft sale

MECHANIC FALLS – The Parent Group at Tri-Town Head Start will have a yard, craft and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at Head Start on the Lewiston Road.
