Randy Blanchette, 34, Auburn, charged with assault on Nov. 13, dismissed.

Zachary Blodgett, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Paul A. Blouin, 38, Lewiston, charged with burglary on Feb. 26, and assault and violating condition of release on March 25, first charge transferred to Superior Court; found guilty on second and third charge, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Amanda Boisvert, 30, Mechanic Falls, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Abshir A. Bore, 22, Lewiston, charged with refusing to sign a criminal summons on June 2, and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on June 3, both charges filed, fined $75 on second charge.

Richard Bosse, 50, Auburn, charged with unlawful sexual touching on Feb. 1, sent to jury trial.

Donald R. Bouthot, 22, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Peter W. Boyd, 20, Auburn, charged with criminal speed on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Charles Dwain Bradrick, 36, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Randall S. Bragg, 24, Sumner, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 31, offense committed, fined $75.

Alicia M. Brewer, 20, Lisbon, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 3, dismissed.

Chad S. Brewster, 18, Livermore Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 4, dismissed.

Robert Brimage Jr., 26, Lewiston, charged with violation condition of release, obstructing the report of a crime, terrorizing, violating condition of release, assault and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Jan. 30, found guilty on first, second, third and fourth charges, sentenced to 45 days for each charge; fifth and sixth charges dismissed.

Joseph A. Brochu, 28, Auburn, charged with assault and terrorizing on Nov. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Susan Brockway, 41, Minot, charged with assault and criminal threatening on Nov. 12, both charges filed with no cost.

Katharina G. Brooks, 25, Sabattus, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 21, sent to jury trial.

Christian T. Brown, 25, Livermore Falls, charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on March 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Willie James Brown Jr., 37, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended on Oct. 14 and operating while license suspended and possession of marijuana on Nov. 15, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500; offense committed on third charge, fined $200.

Daniel J. Carpentier, 20, Auburn, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on Aug. 14, offense committed, fined $300 and license suspended for 30 days.

Stephen M. Carver Jr., 31, Lewiston, charged with assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Daniel Cash Jr., 28, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but 39 days suspended and two years probation.

Marla A. Castro, 31, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on July 25, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Justin Cyr, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 23, and operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Nov. 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Matthew Drouin, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 26, 1999, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 13, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to five months and probation revoked; second charge dismissed.

Jesus Duarte, 33, North Turner, charged with operating under the influence on May 5, 1994, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $750, sentenced to 60 days with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and license suspended one year.

Paul R. Dubois, 41, Poland, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
