LEWISTON – The art work of Paul Boucher of Lewiston will be featured during June by the Woman’s Hospital Association of Central Maine Medical Center.

Boucher, a native of Maine, has resided here all his life. He is an avid lover of the outdoors and Maine’s wildlife.

Art is an integral part of Boucher’s life. His style combines a sense of realism with his unique form of imagination. He enjoys studying wildlife in its natural habitat and spends hours of research and study on each of his paintings.

Boucher has been painting for more than 20 years. He has studied under various artists, but he is essentially a self-taught artist, which enables him to remain true to his own style.

Paintings by Boucher can be seen at art exhibits across New England. Collectors own his paintings across the country and abroad.

The association supports Central Maine Medical Center and its patients by promoting the health and welfare of the community, raising money to fund special projects. Those interested in membership in the association or the monthly artist showings should call the WHA at 795-2295.
