WEST PARIS – A surprise party was held on March 5 for Danny and Krista Daniels of West Paris, on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary.
The party was held at the Hebron Fire Station and was given by their children and significant others, Heather Brown and Jason Crocker, Janice Daniels and Josh Wormwood.
About 70 friends and relatives attended the party. A replica of their wedding cake was made by Becky Keough, who also catered the event.
The couple celebrated their anniversary by taking a cruise out of California to Mexico for a week.
The couple was married on March 8, 1980, in West Minot and they currently reside on Gates Hill Road in West Paris. They have five grandchildren, Cody Akers, Madison Akers, Alexander Wormwood, Sydney Crocker and Hannah Crocker.
Mr. Daniels is employed at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School teaching building trades and also operates his own business, Dan Daniels Building Contractor Inc. He is the son of Kay Daniels of West Paris and Phil Daniels of South Paris.
Mrs. Daniels is employed at Oxford Hills Foot and Ankle Center in South Paris. She is the daughter of Judy Small of Hebron and the late Eldon Small of Mechanic Falls.
