RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Melissa C. Adams, 46, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on March 26, sent to jury trial.

Kenneth W. Adley, 41, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on May 17, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Emily M. Boutilier, 22, Bethel, charged with assault on Feb. 7, filed with no cost.

Tristin Dayon, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Dennis Deabler, 26, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 21, found guilty, fined $200.

Craig M. Fergola, 21, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on June 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Brian Freeman, 26, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 28, and violating condition of release on Feb. 28 and March 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Joshua P. Gagnon, 30, Peru, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Charles M. Garrett, 59, Rumford, charged with assault on Sept. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended and one year probation.

David Grant, 23, Atkinson, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 28, dismissed.

Roger Grant, 37, Atkinson, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 28, found guilty, fined $100 and $1,300 restitution.

L. Breton Transport, Marbleton, Canada, charged with an inoperable stop lamps rule violation on March 23, waived, fined $100.

Christopher LeClair, 26, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on March 24, found guilty, fined $150.

Jeffrey E. Lewis, 42, Harrison, charged with exceeding the daily bag limit of smelts on May 5, waived, fined $125.

James R. Lynch, 38, Mexico, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, and failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second and third charges dismissed.

Alan S. Mason Jr., 27, Bethel, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

John Messinese, 43, Rumford, charged with failure to register a vehicle and operating without a license on Aug. 22, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 25, and possession of marijuana on Aug. 28, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; third charge dismissed; offense committed on fourth charge, fined $200.

Paul N. Moisan, 41, Canton, charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Feb. 13, filed with no cost.

Jeffrey D. Palmer, 43, Bethel, charged with harassment by telephone on Dec. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Bruce Pulk, 42, Carthage, charged with assault on April 29, sent to jury trial.

Harold H. Reeve III, 29, Hartford, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Jan. 1, both charges dismissed.

Theresa I. Richard, 37, Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 7, offense committed, fined $100.

Anthony R. Scott, 23, South Paris, charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 14, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Kasey K. Shorey, 20, Rumford, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on March 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Philip M. Smith, 41, Roxbury, charged with assault, and terrorizing on March 30, both charges sent to jury trial.
