PARIS – The Rev. Bill Walker will speak at the 10:45 a.m. service at the South Paris Baptist Church on Sunday, June 5.

Walker and his wife, Bambi, grew up in Oxford Hills and graduated from Oxford Hills High School. After Bambi spent a year at Word of Life Bible Institute, she and Bill were married.

They moved so that Bill could attend New Brunswick Bible Institute for three years. He then served as an associate pastor in Sillikers, New Brunswick, Canada. In 1995 the family moved to Maryland so that Bill could continue his education at Washington Bible College and Capitol Seminary.

Upon completion of his seminary training, he served as senior pastor at a church in Virginia.

In January they left Virginia and are serving with Grace Brethren Canada in a church-planting ministry in Mississauci, Ontario.

All are invited to the service. South Paris Baptist Church is located at 1 Park St.
