MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – Jared Sandberg went 2 for 4 with a double, home run, and two RBIs to lead the Portland Sea Dogs past the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 5-4 Thursday night.

Sandberg’s homer in second inning sparked a four-run rally that put Portland ahead, 4-1.

He doubled and scored in the fourth on a David Murphy groundout for the winning run.

Chris Smith earned the win. Manny Delcarmen added two hitless innings of relief and Marc Deschenes came on for a perfect ninth for the save.

Josh Banks took the loss.

Ryan Roberts led the New Hampshire attack, going 3 for 3 with a double, homer and two RBIs. Raul Tablado hit a solo homer.
