RUMFORD – Robert and Judy Fulton of Rumford are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Fulton of Hales Corners, Wisc., to William Baransky II of Hales Corners, Wisc., son of Bill Baransky of Sebastion, Fla., and Marty and Linda King of Morton, Ill.
Miss Fulton is a 1999 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and attended the University of South Florida. She is currently attending her last year of college at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Mr. Baransky is a graduate of Lake Gibson High School in Lakeland, Fla., and is employed as an operations manager for Health Care Parking Systems in Milwaukee, Wisc.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 13 at Roxbury Pond, with a reception to be held at the Rumford Eagles Hall.
