AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department of Central Maine Community College will offer a seminar on TrustWorks! (CCS 011-01) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at the college. The cost of $145 includes materials.
Having strong, effective skills to build trust in the workplace is a valuable leadership asset. The TrustWorks! skills assessment is at the core of the workshop, enabling leaders to evaluate their strengths and challenges in building trust. Using activities, participants explore trust in the four elements: Able, Believable, Connected and Dependable.
The program will be facilitated by Ken O’Brien, owner and founder of Computer Quest in Woolwich. His experience includes 15 years as a consultant and he has served businesses throughout New England with training in customer service, sales, supervision and computers.
