MECHANIC FALLS – Members of the Mechanic Falls High School class of 1936 will gather at noon Tuesday, June 7, for an annual reunion luncheon at Viddles and Griddles Restaurant in Oxford.
While hosted by the class of 36, the event is open to anyone who attended Mechanic Falls High School during the 1930s, said Virginia (Frost) Jillson of Otisfield, who has organized the gathering each spring since the group’s official 65th reunion four years ago.
“We enjoy reminiscing with all of our schoolmates from that era,” said Jillson. Attendees are encouraged to bring class yearbooks, photos and other memorabilia.
