FARMINGTON – Local landlord Bonnie Chapman of Chapman Family Holdings recently presented the Franklin County Children’s Task Force with a check to cover the cost of a new network computer printer for their agency.
Chapman, who also works as an ed tech at the W.G. Mallett Elementary School, was made aware of the need and offered to purchase the printer so that the task force could continue its work for the children of Franklin County.
Chapman said she knows “the importance of early intervention and believes strongly in the work that the FCCTF does.”
“The children of Franklin County need every advantage we can give them, and I know that foundations and such help financially with direct services to these children, but very little money is available for necessary equipment for these organizations to run efficiently, so if a printer will help the FCCTF continue to serve children then I am happy to be able to help,” Chapman said.
The task force is located on Church Street and offers services to families and children in all of Franklin County.
