LEWISTON – Students at the Central Maine Christian Academy, 390 Main St., recently presented a talent show. Students twirled, danced, sang and performed on their instruments for families and friends.

The show opened with the CMCA Twirlers, a group that included Emily Baizley, Allison Beecher, Emma Burgess, Jessica Beecher, Victoria Conant, Emily Cormier, Jasmine Cramp, Sharaya Goguen and Allison Hodgkins.

The five dance numbers and interpretive movements that followed were done by Ashley Fenderson, Courtney Fenderson, Bethany Ray, Sarah Bonneson, Danielle Boisse, Lindsay Marchand, Bethany Nyberg, Ashley Paquette, Lindsay Cushman, Andrea Boucher, Laura Hansen and Sarah Nicholas.

Members of the chorus and instrumental ensemble who next performed “Blessed” and “Forever” were Cody Almoney, Audrey Bailey, George Glass, Jakob Guy, Patrick Letourneau, Audry Glass, Lindsay Marchand, Jolene Myer, Bethany Nyberg, Dan Ouellette, Nick Conant and Jason Verrill.

Other acts included a piano solo by Amanda Fenderson, a guitar solo by Audry Glass and the Christian rock band number, “Never Alone” by Audrey Bailey, Jakob Guy, Joel Marchand, Jason Verrill and Laura Hansen.

Appreciation was expressed to Tammy Paquette, Michelle Hall, MaryEllen Baizley and Deborah Salisbury, the staff members who helped to organize the evening.
