• Leah Marston, 35, of Weld Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 3:30 a.m. May 29 at 165 Weld St. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Aug. 2.

• Adam Bradeen, 25, of Carthage, on two charges of failing to pay fines, at 12:30 p.m. May 27. He was taken to Franklin County Jail.

• Alexander D. East, 18, of Carthage, on a charge of criminal speed, 87 mph in a 50 mph zone, on Route 142, at 1:33 p.m. June 2. He was released on $200 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Aug. 2.

• Timothy C. Whitney Jr., 24, of Auburn, on charges of operating after suspension, possession and display of suspended operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, at 7:55 p.m. June 4, on the Holt Hill Road. He was taken to Oxford County Jail and was released on $500 unsecured bail.
