Todd M. Cote, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 5, fined $100 by default.

Debra A. Coulombe, 37, Mechanic Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and three counts of forgery on April 15, 2004, probation violation of all charges, sentenced to eight days and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Joseph D. Courtemache, 27, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $150.

Deven Alan Coy, 19, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized use of property on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days and $419 restitution; second charge dismissed; third charge transferred to Superior Court.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on March 23, sent to jury trial.

Erin L. Crosby, 25, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 13, found guilty, fined $75.

Mark A. Crump, 34, Lewiston, charged with robbery on March 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey Cyr, 34, Turner, charged with operating after suspension on June 30, 2004, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800 and sentenced to two days.

Scott Brian Dackmine, 38, Auburn, charged with nonsupport of dependents on Jan. 20, and operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana, and possession of hypodermic apparatuses on Jan. 29, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 12 days; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Shawn C. Damon, 40, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 10, dismissed.

Jason Davis, 24, Lisbon, charged with assault on Nov. 11, filed with no cost.

Joseph Day, 24, Monmouth, charged with a snowmobile rule violation on March 6, offense committed, fined $100.

John Gregory Decouteau, 27, Minot, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

John R. Defosse, 53, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, and license suspended for four years.

Luis Dejesus, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 7, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Derek L. Demers, 23, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $150.
