LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Hussein A. Hassan, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Arthur G. Hatch, 46, Hebron, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Dale Havens, 25, West Bath, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $500.

Kirk Heald, 36, New Gloucester, charged with criminal trespass and possession of wild birds taken in closed season on May 14, both charges dismissed; fined $600 on first charge; fined $600 with all suspended on second charge.

Jonathan S. Heath, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Kelsi Heikkinen, 18, Jay, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Rosella Henry, 37, Auburn, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 15, dismissed.

Nichole M. Hernandez, 20, Lewiston, charged with burglary, assault, disorderly conduct and criminal threatening on Feb. 19, all charges sent to jury trial.

Nathan Herrick, 20, Poland, charged with transportation of drugs by a minor and transportation of liquor by a minor on March 12, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days.

Noah S. Herrin, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $200.

Gordon Higgins Jr., 36, Sabattus, charged with eluding an officer and violating condition of release on April 1, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Tamara M. Highley, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on March 13, sent to jury trial.

Katherine Hildonen, 27, Lisbon Falls, charged with assault on Dec. 23, filed with no cost.

Eric W. Hilliard, 27, Sabattus, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Solomon Hills, 21, Lewiston, charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Jan. 26, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy Isaac Hiltz, 27, Auburn, charged with possession of hypodermic apparatuses on March 25, dismissed.

Michelle Hiltz, 23, Auburn, charged with possession of hypodermic apparatuses on March 25, Auburn, dismissed.

Brandon Hinkley, 19, Turner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 3, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $250.

Christopher Hodge, 33, Lewiston, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Nov. 20, 2004, Lewiston, not guilty.

Paul Hodge, 40, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 19, 2003, probation revocation; charged with violating condition of release on Jan. 23, 2003, original probation violation withdrawn, sentenced to 180 days, all but 30 days suspended, stayed April 7, probation one year.

Brenda Hodgkin, 38, Minot, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10, 2004, Minot, found guilty, fined $250.

David Hodgkin, 36, Poland, charged with motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit on Sept. 8, 2004, Poland, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 30 days; charged with unlawful use of license on Jan. 10, 2005, Mechanic Falls, found guilty, fined $50.

Holly Hodgkins, 38, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence with one prior, on Dec. 5, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, stayed June 17, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Molly Holbrook, 29, Auburn, charged with assault on Feb. 17, Auburn, filed with no cost.

Katherine Holt, 19, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 15, 2004, Lewiston, dismissed.

Benjamin Hoops, 31, Lincolnville, charged with operating after suspension on July 20, 1999, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $200.

James Hopkins, 47, Lewiston, charged with having a dog at large, Feb. 12, Lewiston, dismissed.

Steven Howard, 33, Scarborough, charged with possession of marijuana, March 19, Auburn, by default, fined $200.

Sherri Howes, 19, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 17, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

Karen Huard, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Jan. 9, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days, stayed June 3.

Kevin Hubley, 22, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on March 29, Auburn, offense committed, fined $200.

John Hudson, 54, Turner, charged with violating protective order on Nov. 18, 2004, Turner, dismissed.

Dante Huerta, 22, North Turner, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 10, 2004, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

John Huether, 23, Auburn, charged with criminal threatening on March 10, Auburn, dismissed; charged with possession of marijuana on March 10, Auburn, by default, fined $200.

Raymond Hutchinson, 42, Poland, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 10, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $150.

Oliver Hyer, 26, Turner, charged with operating under the influence with one prior and driving to endanger, both on July 23, 2004, Lewiston, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $300, license suspended 30 days.

Punk Icee, 46, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Dec. 13, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, sentenced to six days.

Stephen Irish, 67, Turner, charged with operating under the influence with one prior on Oct. 31, 2004, Turner, found guilty, fined $800, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed June 17, licenses suspended 90 days.

Rodney Jackson, 36, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on Dec. 16, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days all but two days suspended, probation for one year.

Crystal Jacobs, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 20, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $200.

Scott Jameson, 42, Bowdoinham, charged with leaving scene of motor vehicle accident and attaching false plates on Feb. 24, Mechanic Falls, found guilty on both and fined a total of $175.

Joshua Jarvis, 24, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 4, Auburn, found guilty, fined $75.

Kerry Jean, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence with two priors and operating a vehicle without license, both on Dec. 18, 2004 in Lewiston; found guilty on both; fined $1,100, sentenced to 120 days, all but 30 days suspended, stayed Aug. 1 on the first charge; sentenced to 24 hours, stayed Aug. 1, on the second charge.

Jason Jennings, 26, Auburn, charged with assault and violating condition of release on March 5, Auburn, sent to jury trial.

Jessica Jeror, 27, Winthrop, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 12, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed June 17, license suspended 90 days.

Dyllan Jewell, 22, Lewiston, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on March 15, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.
