FARMINGTON – Eight members of Farmington Emblem Club 460 performed four flag-folding ceremonies on June 14. Two were done at Sandy River Nursing Center, one at Pinewood Terrace and one at the Pierce House.
Americanism Chairwoman Nancy Chase made the arrangements for the ceremonies.
The ceremony was repeated at Sandy River because some patients arrived in the performance area a little late and requested that it be done again so they could see it.
Rainy weather prevented any of the ceremonies from being performed outside.
