LEWISTON – The Longley-Dionne Post 9150, VFW, will meet at noon Sunday, June 26, at the Lewiston Lodge of Elks, 1675 Lisbon St. All officers and members are encouraged to attend. The agenda will include upcoming events and discussion on the past state convention.

Schoolhouse open
POLAND – The Poland Historical Society announces that the Old Schoolhouse will be open to the public this summer from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursdays from June 30 to Aug. 25.
The schoolhouse is located at 1229 Maine St. next to the Town Office. The society works to preserve and present Poland’s past for residents and visitors. Members of the society will be available to answer questions and give tours of the facility.
