LEWISTON – The Jesus Party Pentecostal Kids Church announces the continuation of weekly services throughout school vacation.
The neighborhood chapel will conduct religious education for children age 5 and up at 6 p.m. Fridays at Jesus Party headquarters, 291 Bates St.
Interested parents should call 786-5568 for child placement, transportation or upcoming events. Sonia G. Taylor will take over full administrative responsibilities, lesson planning and season evangelism in the absence of her husband, Executive Director Douglas Taylor as he takes a two-month sabbatical.
Spiritual mentors who will assist Mrs. Taylor with the duties of the faith-based nonprofit urban children’s ministry include their patriotic mentor, Jerry DerBoghosian, Trinity Episcopal Church; Shelia Taylor, Friends of the Light Apostolic Ministries; Katie Seguin, First Assembly of God; and Deborah Reed, High Street Congregational Church.
