AUBURN – A recipe that appeared in Wednesday’s Cook of the Week feature on C16 was missing an ingredient. Pat Zinke’s recipe for gourmet green enchiladas should include one 8-ounce package of a Mexican blend of four cheeses, grated. The information was incorrectly reported by the Sun Journal.
