Lee Howard Arsenault, 54, South Paris, charged with assault, obstructing report of crime, criminal mischief, Jan. 20, South Paris, found guilty sentenced to six months, all suspended, probation for one year.

Aaron M. Aspinall, 23, South Portland, charged with motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit, Dec. 31, 2004, Oxford, dismissed.

Michael Atkinson, 38, Oxford, charged with out of door burning violation, April 16, Oxford, waived, fined $100.

Joseph Baker, 19, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful use of license, March 5, Oxford, sent to jury trial.

Jackie P. Barton, 43, Peru, charged with operating unregistered snowmobile, March 30, Woodstock, adjudicated, fined $100.

Robert Barton, 40, Peru, charged with failure to provide and display registration, March 26, Woodstock, adjudicated, fined $100.

Jeremy Beane, 22, West Paris, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Feb. 27, Paris, found guilty, fined $500.

Scott L. Bradbury, 40, South Paris, charged with being a fugitive from justice, April 28, Paris, extradition ordered.

Rodney E. Braley, 31, Otisfield, charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger and possession of marijuana, April 8, Otisfield; found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; third charge adjudicated and fined $200.

Mark Bridges, 46, Norway, charged with violating condition of release, May 14, Norway, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

John R. Brown, 19, Turner, charged with possession of marijuana, sales and use of drug paraphernalia and transportation of drugs by minor; all adjudicated, fined a total of $300 and license suspended 30 days.
