TURNER – Levi Armandi smacked two doubles and posted two RBIs to lead Andy Valley to a 9-6 win over Poland in Legion action Wednesday.
Zane Armandi provided a two-run double and went 2-for-3 for the Andy Valley (10-3) win, while Alex Cutter had three hits and three RBIs.
The Poland (3-8) effort was paced by Brent Cary with a homer, with Alex Smith as the lone repeat hitter.
New Auburn 10, Gayton 0
AUBURN – Brady Blackman struck out five batters and gave up two hits before Derek Doucette came in and provided hitless relief as New Auburn triumphed 10-0 over Gayton (4-9) in Legion Ball Wednesday night.
With the help of three back-to-back walks, Matt Nadeau hit a two-run RBI single to start the New Auburn (10-2) scoring.
