HARRISON – Midway rides and a fireworks display will kick off the Harrison Old Home Days celebration Wednesday.

The midway opens at 6 p.m., with raffle drawings to start shortly thereafter.

Thursday will see the third return of the Harrison Old Home Days 5K Run by the Lake. Nick Knowlton and his LA Baby Boom Box will provide entertainment at 8 p.m. on the Harrison Old Home Days Stage.

Friday features the annual Junior Parade at 6 p.m. Participants wear costumes that reflect the town’s 200-year-old history.

There will be a Grand Parade at noon Saturday, which will be accompanied by a fly-over by a KC-135 refueling tanker. The 9th annual Great Duck Race will start at 5 p.m.
