Hector F. Jimenez, 21, Lewiston, charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Justin D. Jipson, 28, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on March 4, found guilty, fined $600.

Justin D. Johnson, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on March 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Ossie Damian Johnson, 20, Lisbon Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 14, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Derrick Jones, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Donna B. Jordan, 62, Lisbon, charged with failing to give motor vehicle accident information on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Robert T. Judd, 26, Fayette, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband on March 12, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

K & J Enterprises, Windsor, charged with displaying a false fuel use decal and operating after suspension on Sept. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Laurie Lee Keach, 41, Cairo, Ga., charged with being a fugitive from justice on March 30, dismissed.

Malachy F. Kelliher, 44, Attleboro, Mass., charged with operating under the influence and failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 9, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey Kendall, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault on April 14, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Paul Stephen Kendrick, 45, New Auburn, charged with assault, criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime on Jan. 27, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation for each on first and second charges; unconditional discharge on third charge.

Judith Kennedy, 45, Wilton, charged with assault on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Ronald William Keough, 47, Auburn, charged with assault on March 13, sent to jury trial.

Belgain C. Kersey, 44, Lewiston, charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and furnishing liquor to a minor on Feb. 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Gerald C. Kilbreth, 59, Livermore, charged with operating after suspension and operating a vehicle under the influence on Sept. 1, both charges dismissed.

Doo Ri Kim, 40, Lisbon, charged with promotion of prostitution on June 8, 2004, dismissed.

Jody L. King, 45, Roxbury, charged with assault on April 2, sent to jury trial.

William Kinrade, 26, Augusta, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 15, fined $125 by default.

Marjorie Knoll, 52, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 29, found guilty, fined $200.

Christopher Kyajohnian, 29, Minot, charged with failing to notify owner of accident property damage on Dec. 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Todd G. Labbe, 19, Poland, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 4, offense committed, fined $100.

Kyle Labreque, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 1 and Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Daniel LaFlamme, 40, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael J. Lagasse, 35, Lewiston, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Dec. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Nathan A. Lake, 24, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; offense committed on second charge, fined $75.

Scott R. Laliberte, 25, Lewiston, charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling on April 15, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Linsey D. Lamasters, 28, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on April 26, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Jasmine N. Lambert, 18, Richmond, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Adrienne G. Lamond, 23, Turner, charged with terrorizing on Jan. 16, dismissed.

Corey M. Lamontagne, 28, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on Feb. 12, sent to jury trial.

Jennifer Marie Landers, 21, Lewiston, charged with unsworn falsification, theft by unauthorized use of property and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 1, all charges dismissed.

Isaac Landreth, 21, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Karena J. Landry, 20, Lewiston, charged with criminal speed on Jan. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Michael P. Landry, 51, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Eric J. Lane, 20, Turner, charged with criminal speed on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $300.

Hope A. Lane, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Nov. 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Sarah Lane, 22, Bethel, charged with being a fugitive from justice on March 24, dismissed.

Patrick Langetieg, 21, Yarmouth, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 28, sent to jury trial.

Renee T. Latinville, 45, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years.

Glenn Lawson, 42, Charlestown, Mass., charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on March 16 and robbery on March 21, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Dylan M. Lebel, 18, Poland, charged with possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana on Feb. 6, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 for each charge.

John C. Lebel, 37, Wilton, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and operating under the influence on Nov. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Peter L. Leblanc, 26, Windham, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Deborah T. LeClair, 29, Monmouth, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on March 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Samantha L. Leonard, 26, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Feb. 20, both charges sent to jury trial.

Dustin J. Lessard, 24, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct, violating condition of release and indecent conduct on April 18, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to five days for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Richard Ernest Lessard, 51, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on March 19, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stephen Lessard, 39, Greene, charged with harassment by telephone on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Michael Levasseur, 18, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Edward K. Libby, 41, Canton, charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 15, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 28, and operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Jan. 3, found guilty on first, second and third charges, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; fined $250 on third charge; fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Kathleen D. Libby, 34, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 30, sent to jury trial.

Bruce Wayne Little, 50, Portsmouth, N.H., charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 11, filed, fined $100.

Daniel M. Locke, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for one year.

Lance L. Loganbill, 38, Proctorsville, Vt., charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Daniel S. Lothrop, 46, Auburn, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Rocky E. Lucas, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault on March 28, 2004, failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating condition of release on Feb. 18, and failure to register or update information on March 30, probation violating on first charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked; second, third and fourth charges dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, sentenced to five days.

Thomas Edward Lumpkin, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on Jan. 29, sent to jury trial.

Jamie D. Lyons, 19, Augusta, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 15, and operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release, and attaching false plates on March 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 24 hours on third charge; fined $75 on fourth charge.

Dawn B. Magee, 36, Clinton, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $500.

James P. Magee, 19, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10 and Jan. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $750; second charge dismissed.

Ashley Maheux, 18, Auburn, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 20, offense committed, fined $200.

Jamie Lee Mangan, 21, Poland, charged with assault on Feb. 13, filed with no cost.

Ryan Marquis, 22, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana on Feb. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Kendra A. Marshall, 22, South Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Corey Martel, 27, Minot, charged with hunting deer after having killed one and hunting with firearms without hunter orange on Nov. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to three days; offense committed on second charge, fined $100.

Aaron W. Martin, 31, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 27, offense committed, fined $550.

Christopher Martin, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault on Feb. 28, dismissed.

Christopher N. Martin, 21, Livermore Falls, charged with operating a snowmobile on a public way on March 12, offense committed, fined $75.

James E. Martin Jr., 42, Lewiston, charged with failure to return a library book, dismissed.

Kerrianne Martin, 37, Sabattus, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Kevin Martin, 18, Portland, charged with robbery on March 17, transferred to Superior Court.
