Martin Tabitha, 18, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 31, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days all suspended, probation one year; charged with assault on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Joey Masse, 25, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Feb. 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Matthew Masse, 22, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Feb. 7, offense committed, fined $200.

Mark Maxheimer, 35, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, stayed April 29, license suspended 90 days.

Heidi Maxwell, 34, Windham, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 24, 2004, dismissed.

Clayton May, 34, Litchfield, charged with operating unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 23, by default, fined $100.

James May, 20, Poland, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Henry Mayer, 26, Minot, charged with operating under the influence with one prior on Oct. 28, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, stayed June 17, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Lori McAllister, 38, Auburn, charged with assault on March 5, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days, all but 28 days suspended, probation one year.

Jackie McBurnie, 23, Lisbon, charged with theft of services on Oct. 6, 2003, sent to jury trial.

Carlie McCarthy, 34, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 16, found guilty fined, $250.

Renay McCluskey, 23, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Steven McCusker, 21, Harrison, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked with prior and unlawful use of license on Dec. 8, 2004, found guilty on the first charge and fined $500, second charge dismissed.

Robert McFee, 28, Litchfield, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Frank McNeice, 37, Mechanic Falls, charged with violating condition of release on March 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Doris McPhail, 43, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 9, found guilty sentenced to two days, stayed April 19.

Jayde Meader, 31, Augusta, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked with prior and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and possession of marijuana on Jan. 28, found guilty on first two charges, offense committed on third charge, fined $600 on first and $100 on second and $200 on third charge.

Tovar Medrano, 24, charged with being a fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Kenneth Meisner, 27, Lewiston, charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 14, offense committed, fined $100.

Luemily Melendez, 24, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without license, leaving scene of motor vehicle accident and attaching false plates on Feb. 4, found guilty on first two charges, third charge dismissed, fined $100 each for the first and second charges.

Andrew Mellen, 34, Biddeford, charged with two counts of assault on April 29, filed, fined $100 each charge.

Felix Merced, 35, Jersey City, N.J., charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on March 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua Mercer, 20, Jay, charged with possession of marijuana on Feb. 1, by default, fined $200.

Kenneth Merrill, 43, Auburn, charged with eluding an officer on Jan. 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Leroy Merrill IV, 35, Poland Spring, charged with operating unregistered ATV on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Wayne Merrill, 22, Lewiston, charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 29, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy Miller, 33, Lewiston, charged with assault on April 6, found guilty sentenced to 30 days.

James Millson, 33, Lisbon Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 8, 1997, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $116.50 restitution.

Michael Mitchell Jr., 30, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on Feb. 2, transferred to Superior Court.

Robert Mocciola, 35, West Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and disorderly conduct on July 18, 2004, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge and fined $100.

Justin Mockler, 23, Lisbon, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Feb. 9, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Roman Moczara, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal mischief on March 5, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100 and ordered to pay $25 restitution.

Abdikadir Mohamed, 25, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief on Jan. 8, 2004, violating condition of release on April 30, 2004, assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 14, 2004, all charges dismissed.

Aidrus Mohamud, 21, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on April 21, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Daniel Mooney, 20, Durham, charged with operating snowmobile on public way on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Annissa Morgan, 19, Bowdoinham, charged with minor transporting liquor on Dec. 17, 2004, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Wade Morgan, 18, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and minor transporting liquor on Feb. 26, first and second charges adjudicated, third charge dismissed, fined $75 on first charge and $200 on second charge.

Donald Morin, 46, Lisbon, charged with trafficking in dangerous knives and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 26, both charges dismissed.

Joshua Morin, 23, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and failing to obey traffic officer’s directions on Dec. 6, 2004, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge and fined $150.

Nicholas Morrissette, 18, Auburn, charged with carrying concealed weapon on March 15, found guilty, fined $150.

Allana Mulford, 28, Brunswick, charged with operating a vehicle without license on Nov. 20, 2004, dismissed.

Jessica Murhammer, 21, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $200 and ordered to pay $150 restitution.

Kathleen Nadeau, 45, Lewiston, charged with misuse of identification on Jan. 18, found guilty and fined $100.

Malamaiaokalani Nelson, 23, Mechanic Falls, charged with furnishing liquor to a minor on March 14, found guilty and fined $400.

Jeffrey Nickerson, 43, Presque Isle, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 29, 2004, found guilty, fined $250.

Brent Niskanen, 24, Mechanic Falls, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 19, 2004, found guilty, was continued for sentencing, complied with post conviction bail condition and count was discharged.

Keith Oblenis, 49, Old Orchard Beach, charged with operating under the influence on April 12, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Michael Olcott, 23, Poland, charged with operating vehicle without license on Feb. 22, found guilty, fined $100, sentenced to two days, stayed April 29.

James Oliver Jr., 43, Jay, charged with operating snowmobile under the influence on Jan. 24, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed June 17.

David Orrall, 45, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 7, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge, fined $200 on second charge.

Bruce Palmer, 47, Lewiston, charged with carrying concealed weapon on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Daniel Papandrea, 52, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Jan. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Ryan Paradis, 28, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael Parker, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Nov. 12, both charges dismissed.

Michael Passalaqua, 31, North Turner, charged with hunting with firearms without hunter orange on Nov. 6, by default, fined $150.

David Patterson, 50, Lewiston, charged with assault March 11, transferred to Superior Court.

Amy Paul, 38, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 12, found guilty, sentenced to two days, stayed April 8.

Nicholas Paul, 26, Jay, charged with violating protective order and violating condition of release on Nov. 22, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 120 days on first charge and two days on second charge, all suspended, six months probation.

Daniel Pearce, 44, Auburn, charged with assault, and three charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on March 12, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 120 days, all but two days suspended, two years probation and fined $200.

Brian Pelletier, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 29, 2004, found guilty and fined $250.

Leland Peterson, 37, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating vehicle without license on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Paul Phinney Jr., 38, Auburn, charged on Jan. 20 with assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, found guilty, fined $1,000; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; criminal mischief, found guilty, fined $1,000, suspended, ordered to pay $55 restitution; possession of hypodermic apparatuses, offense committed; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Scott Pinard, 29, Sabattus, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on Feb. 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Jessie Plourde, 20, Lewiston, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Eugene Poland, 27, Casco, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 26, dismissed.

Lindsey Pollis, 20, Auburn, charged with obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 12, found guilty on first and third charges, sentenced to a total of four days, second charge dismissed.

Shawn Poppish, 34, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 15, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Allen Porter, 30, Litchfield, charged with robbery, transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin Porter, 22, Freeport, charged with violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 29, offense committed, fined $100.

Patricia Poulin, 42, Lewiston, charged with assault on March 2, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days, stayed April 24; charged with violating condition of release on March 30, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Barry Powers, 42, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Jan. 12, Feb. 15 and Feb. 23, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to four days on each charge.

Stewart Presby, 34, Jay, charged with operating under the influence with one prior on Nov. 26, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, stayed June 17, license suspended 18 months.
