FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

David L. Madsen, 33, of Windham was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Sept. 26 in Wilton. He was fined $300.

Stephen M. Mahar, 23, of Strong was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 8 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. He was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 3 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced to four days and his license was suspended for 90 days. On a charge of violating condition of release on Feb. 3 in Farmington, he was sentenced to four days. Mahar was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 28 in Livermore Falls. He was fined $500, sentenced to four days and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of carrying a concealed weapon Dec. 28 in Livermore Falls was dismissed. On a charge of violating condition of release Dec. 28 in Livermore Falls, he was sentenced to four days. He was charged with possession of marijuana Jan. 6 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Robert Mallett, 58, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Oct. 17 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Roderick Marble, 30, of Wilton was charged with assault Oct. 15 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Randy Marchetti, 45, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 31 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Anthony J. Marion, 21, of Carthage was charged with terrorizing and with violating condition of release March 15 in Carthage. Both charges were filed.

Donald Martin, 45, of Eustis was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 28 in Eustis. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Earl W. Martin III, 27, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 4 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Raymond Masse, 44, of Lewiston was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 25 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin J. Masterson, 28, of Kingfield was charged with possession of fish in violation March 26 in Chain of Ponds Township. He was fined $100.

Cynthia L. Matthews, 47, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 23 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $57.

Derrek V. Maxwell, 21, of Livermore Falls was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 23 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Donald R. Mayo, 47, of Anson was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 18 in Chain of Pond Township. He was fined $700, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail 12 days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

John J. McCann, 44, of Augusta was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 27 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Charles E. McCausland, 21, of Livermore was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug March 19 in Farmington. He was fined $500. A second charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug March 19 in Farmington was dismissed.

Karen E. McCosh, 20, of Concord, N.H., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Dec. 31 in Farmington. She was fined $250.

Jessica L. McGouldrick, 27, of Windham was charged with eluding an officer Sept. 26 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. On a charge of failing to stop for an officer Sept. 26 in Wilton, she was fined $375 and sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail. A charge of driving to endanger Sept. 26 in Wilton was dismissed and, on a charge of speeding 30 plus mph over the speed limit Sept. 26 in Wilton, she was fined $375.

Stacy G. McIntire, 28, of Phillips was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Jan. 15 in Avon. The case was dismissed.

Harry Donald McKenna, 51, of Cumberland was charged with fish violation of number amount, weight or size June 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $120.

Carl A. McKenney, 63, of Skowhegan was charged with illegal possession of live fish May 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Brian A. McLaughlin, 46, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 23 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Daniel K. McLaughlin, 32, of Phillips was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 18 in Phillips. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse W. McLaughlin, 25, of Chesterville was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident March 4 in Farmington. He was fined $300. A charge of attaching false plates March 4 in Farmington was dismissed.

Howard J. McLean, Jr., 24 of Mexico was charged with driving while his license was suspended or revoked April 19 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Pauline B. McWilliams, 55, of Phillips was charged with passing a stopped school bus Jan. 21 in Phillips. She was fined $100.

Steven Mears, 41, of Jay was charged with burning without a permit April 18 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Michael W. Melcher II, 28, of Carthage was charged with driving while his license was suspended or revoked March 1 in Carthage. He was fined $500.

Laura J. Melix, 30, of New Vineyard was charged with owning or keeping an animal that kills or injures April 4 in New Vineyard. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $200.

Christopher M. Merrill, 21, of Augusta was charged with burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief July 19 in Farmington. All three charges were dismissed.

Jon A. Merrithew, 43, of Strong was charged with assault March 18 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Stephen W. Mickle, 44, of Pelham, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Lori A. Miller, 32, of Norridgewock was charged with theft by deception April 11 in Farmington. She was fined $150 and ordered to make restitution of $345.35.

Paul T. Milligan, 38, of Jay was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 2 in Jay. The case was dismissed. He was charged with driving while his license was suspended or revoked Feb. 1 in Jay. He was fined $500.

Steve Mitchell, 36, of Strong was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 13 in Temple. He was fined $50.

Peter Molnar, 23, of Auburn was charged with cruelty to animals Dec. 9 in Wilton. He was fined $750.

Angie M. Moody, 35, of Waterville was charged with failure to provide and display registration Jan. 30 in Rangeley. She was fined $100.

Richard H. Moody, 19, of New Vineyard was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 13 in Strong. He was fined $100.

David Moreau, 51, of Farmington was charged with assault June 3 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 40 days.

Carl A. Morin, 41, of Wilton was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 15 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Dale A. Morris, 26, of Livermore Falls was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Nov. 27 in Jay. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $130.18.

Richard F. Morton, 59, of Rangeley was charged with failure to register vehicle Feb. 9 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Orval H. Murphy, 53, of Centreville, Ala., was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 14 in Jay. Murphy was fined $100.

Clinton R. Murray, 44, of Kingfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $150.

Melanie J. Myrand, 28, of Jay was charged with failing to appear as subpoenaed March 21 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Jacob W. Nason, 24, of Minot was charged with theft of services March 6 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.

Aaron N. Nelson, 25, of Starks was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Dec. 17 in Rangeley. He was fined $125. On a charge of possession of marijuana Dec. 17 in Rangeley, he was fined $250.

Richard D. Nemi, 45, of Jay was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Katherine M. Nerney, 22, of West Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 28 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

New Bern Transport Corp. of Indianapolis, Ind., was charged with a rule violation, inadequate suspension, June 9 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Christopher Newcomb, 30, of Livermore Falls was charged with terrorizing Oct. 21 in Jay. He was fined $100.

William Newmeyer, 19, of West Paris was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Jan. 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Benjamin J. Newton, 27, of Whitefield was charged with terrorizing April 20 in Farmington. All but 30 days of a 364-day sentence were suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Benjamin J. Newton, 27, of Manchester was charged with driving under the influence March 20 in Farmington. He was fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked March 20 in Farmington was dismissed.

Benjamin J. Newton, 27, of Manchester was charged with violating condition of release April 10 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 24 hours.

Walter A. Nichols, 47, of Wilton was charged with assault April 7 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Jamie E. Nile, 32, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 1 in Jay. Nile was fined $250. Nile was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 29 in Farmington and fined $250.

Elmer Norton, 18, of Chesterville was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 7 in Jay. He was sentenced to 14 days.

Joshua J. Norton, 26, of Chesterville was charged with burglary and two counts of assault April 30 in Wilton. Probable cause was found for all three charges. Probable cause was also found for charges of aggravated criminal trespass and assault April 29 in Wilton.

Kevin F. Norton, 50, of Phillips was charged with violation of rules on bears Dec. 5 in Freeman Township. The case was filed.

Elizabeth J. Nunley, 20, of Wilton was charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor April 29 in in Wilton. She was fined $200.

William D. O’Brien, 27, of Nobleboro was charged with failure to register vehicle Jan. 22 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Beau J. Oliver, 21, of Kingfield was charged with criminal mischief Oct. 27 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

William A. Oliver, 62, of Industry was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 21 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Dion R. Olmstead, 32, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 18 in New Sharon. The case was filed.

Brian J. Orr, 21, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Darcy Ann Pabst, 19, of Lewiston was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 3 in New Sharon. She was fined $200.

Nathan E. Palmer, 22, of Lewiston was charged with burglary and with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 7 in Rangeley. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Thomas E. Palmer, 47, of Strong was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs March 20 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Michael R. Paradis, 51, of Old Orchard Beach was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 5 in Strong. He was fined $100.

Joel A. Parker, 18, of Wilton was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 31 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

John K. Parker, 37, of Lewiston was charged with driving under the influence April 29 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William Parker, 26, of Farmington was charged with obstructing public ways May 15 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Milton R. Parlin, 49, of Livermore was charged with violating fishing rule May 14 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Albert P. Passalaqua, Jr., 46, of Auburn was charged with kindling fire without a permit May 28 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Donald W. Pelham, 20, of Phillips was charged with burning without a permit April 15 in Phillips. He was fined $100. On a charge of illegally driving power equipment April 16 in Phillips, he was fined $50.

John W. Penney, 35, of Leeds was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 13 in Temple. He was fined $100.

Peter J. Perla, 24, of Leominster, Mass., was charged with assault Dec. 31 in Rangeley. He was sentenced to 48 hours. Charges of disorderly conduct and refusing to sign criminal summons Dec. 31 in Rangeley were both dismissed.

Sarah E. Pettengill, 19, of Wayne was charged with permitting unlawful use Jan. 28 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Kevin E. Phillips, 22, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence April 8 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

James M. Pilbin, 41, of Torrington, Conn., was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence Jan. 16 in Rangeley. He was fined $400.

Jason Pillsbury, 20, of Strong was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 13 in Phillips. He was fined $50.

Kevin Place, 30, North Berwick was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 16 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $200.

Kevin Plaisted, 39, of Wilton was charged with allowing a minor to operate an ATV in violation Feb. 5 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Troy D. Pomeroy, 34, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 16 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jonathon A. Pratt, 33, of Minot was charged with driving an ATV on a public way June 4 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

William Proctor, 52, of Wilton was charged with criminal trespass Feb. 17 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Justin A. Quamme-Widmer, 20, of Chesterville was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 3 in New Sharon. He was fined $250.

Michael D. Quinn, Jr., 34, of Dallas Plantation was charged with burning without a permit Sept. 2 in Weld. He was fined $100.
