RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Eric S. Ames, 20, Norway, accompanying a motor vehicle permittee while impaired on May 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel R. Batty, 22, Mexico, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Debra K. Beamon, 43, Rumford, disorderly conduct on April 30 and violating condition of release on May 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Jeremy Belskis, 18, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 31, both charges sent to jury trial.

Thomas C. Bernard, 63, Mexico, littering on May 5 and allowing a dog to be at large on June 8, offense committed on both charges, fined $50 on first charge; fined $35 on second charge.

Terry Blackwell, 38, Peru, assault on Dec. 9, dismissed.

Melinda M. Blodgett, 21, Rumford, possession of marijuana on May 14, offense committed, fined $200.

William E. Bolling, 37, Rumford, attaching false plates, operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful use of a license on May 19, found guilty on all charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charges.

Kimberly Sue Boyer, 36, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Rivera Joessy Cardona, 20, South Boston, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on May 28, offense committed, fined $200.

Marcel J. Chiasson, 20, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on May 1 and possession of liquor by a minor on May 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Jonathan E. Colantonio, 21, South Boston, Mass., furnishing liquor to a minor on May 28, found guilty, fined $150.

Stephen M. Costa, 20, Peru, violation of watercraft rules on June 11, waived, fined $100.

Robert L. Dapolito, 59, Upton, violating a fishing rule on June 7, waived, fined $100.

Donald J. Desmond, 45, Port Orange, Fla., failure to exhibit a license on July 4, waived, fined $100.

Marguerite Dodds, 36, Peru, driving to endanger on April 30, found guilty, fined $350.

Joseph Downs, 51, Mexico, assault on May 1, found guilty, fined $150.

Jamie Doyon, 31, Roxbury, operating a vehicle without a license on May 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Donn E. Dyer, 58, Rumford, violating condition of release on July 5, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Bradley Edwards, 42, Oxford, unlawfully trolling fly on July 3, waived, fined $100.

Harry David Every, 35, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Roger M. Favre, 80, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on May 28, found guilty, fined $150.

Marc A. Gagne, 19, Dixfield, possession of liquor by a minor on May 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Dana Scott Gross, 20, Rumford, operating an unregistered ATV on April 20, waived, fined $100.

Bruce A. Harting, 49, Canton, possession of marijuana on May 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Heather Hanson, 29, Peru, operating under the influence on May 7, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Jeff Haynes Trucking, Colebrook, N.H., unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation on May 3, waived, fined $500.

Richard G. Hutchins, 18, Gilead, consuming liquor by a minor on May 21, offense committed, fined $200.

Eric R. Knapp, 22, Roxbury, operating under the influence on June 5, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Richard W. Korhonen, 21, Rumford, theft by receiving stolen property on May 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Wilford Lavallee, 55, Upton, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 28, waived, fined $120.

Heather A. Leach, 32, Bethel, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on May 21, both charges waived, fined $50 for each charge.

Raynald J. Lee, 37, keeping an unlicensed dog on Feb. 1, 2003, Feb. 1, 2004 and May 24, offense committed on all charges, fined $25 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge; fined $75 on third charge.

Erik J. Matthews, 18, Rumford, operating an ATV on a public way on May 21, waived, fined $100.

Crystal L. Mills, 18, Bethel, consuming liquor by a minor on May 21, fined $200 by default.

Larry J. Nelson, 67, Upton, violation of condition of release on May 28, waived, fined $100.

Rebecca Newton, 33, Peru, failure to register a vehicle on May 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Steven Perrault, 30, Mexico, operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 12 and creating a false public alarm or report and unsworn falsification on Feb. 7, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jonathan A. Pineau, 19, South Portland, transportation of liquor by a minor on May 29, offense committed, fined $250.

Andrew E. Poore, 35, Falmouth, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, and violating a fishing rule on June 3, both charges waived, fined $120 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Dale A. Powers, 38, West Paris, possession of marijuana on May 12, waived, fined $200.

Sean R. Preo, 21, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor on May 7 and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on May 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Patricia A. Riemensnider, 51, Rumford, operating/permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 4, waived, fined $100.

Christopher S. Ringston, 50, Ridgefield, Conn., operating while license suspended or revoked on June 4, filed, fined $100.

George A. Schmidt, 42, Southington, Conn., fraudulent acquisition of registration on Feb. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Nicholas Shink, 26, Jay, assault on April 21 and disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on June 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Sven Silander, 35, Portland, operating under the influence on April 9, sent to jury trial.

Phillip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, theft by receiving stolen property on April 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Tim R. Smith, 37, Andover, trespass by motor vehicle on April 29, found guilty, fined $100 with all suspended.

Laura L. Tetmeyer, 42, Rumford, assault on May 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Delmar D. Tipple, 39, Mexico, operating a vehicle without a license on May 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Bryant Wing, 54, Gray, burning without a permit on May 28, waived, fined $50.

Robert Joseph Wozny, 48, Fruitport, Mich., operating under the influence on April 6, sent to jury trial.
