LEWISTON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Anne Grenon and Jonathan Chernaik of Syracuse, N.Y.
Miss Grenon is the daughter of Peter Grenon and Constance St. Pierre of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Lewiston, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Lionel St. Pierre of Lewiston. She is a 1996 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2000 graduate of Oberlin College. She is currently attending Syracuse University for her master’s degree in library and information science.
Mr. Chernaik is the son of Steve and Laura Chernaik of Glencoe, Ill. He is a 1996 graduate of New Trier High School in Illinois and a 2000 graduate of Oberlin College. He is also a 2004 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and is currently employed as a chef in a fine-dining restaurant in Syracuse.
The wedding will be held on Aug. 13 at the Echo Lake Inn in Tyson, Vt.
