LEWISTON – Levi and Barbara Ross of Glenburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Roy of Lewiston, to Christopher Summers of Lewiston, son of Phyllis Summers of Johnson City, Tenn., and the late Richard Summers.
Miss Roy is a 1985 graduate of St. Mary’s General Hospital School of Nursing and in 2005 was certified in hospice and palliative care. She is employed as a hospice nurse at Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice.
Mr. Summers is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and received an associate degree in law enforcement from Southern Maine Technical College. He also studied electricity in a five-year program for the state of Maine. He is employed as a master electrician for Roy I. Snow Electric in Auburn.
The wedding will be held on Aug. 6 in Lewiston.
