FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

William R. Rackliff, 25, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 11 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Glen R. Rackliffe, 46, of Phillips was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked April 10 in Farmington. He was fined $500. For a charge of failure to register vehicle April 10 in Farmington, he was fined $150. A charge of attaching false plates April 10 in Farmington was dismissed.

Mariea R. Ramsey, 46, of Lewiston was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 30 in Wilton. She was fined $100.

Lorna Ranger, 39, of Wilton was charged with assault Feb. 11 in Wilton. She was fined $100.

Casaundra B. Redlevske, 22, of New Sharon was charged with unlawful use of permit Dec. 23 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Christopher N. Redman, 31, of Jay was charged with violating protective order April 3 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Dannial L. Reed, 29, of Livermore Falls was charged with violating condition of release Dec. 18 in Farmington. Probable cause was found.

Donna A. Reid, 42, of Stratton was charged with assault Jan. 9 in Eustis. The case was dismissed. For a charge of refusing to sign a criminal summons Jan. 9 in Eustis, she was fined $200.

Jerry R. Reid, 34, of Temple was charged with driving an unregistered ATV May 15 in Avon. He was fined $100.

Michael J. Reid, 44, of Stratton was charged with failing to extinguish fire Feb. 8 in Eustis. He was fined $100. A charge of burning prohibited material Feb. 8 in Eustis was dismissed. For a charge of burning without a permit Feb. 8 in Eustis, he was fined $100.

David L. Richards, 44, of Augusta was charged with driving under the influence April 9 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse L. Richards, 22, of Livermore Falls was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor March 18 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Cassandra A. Richardson, 31, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 22 in Farmington. She was fined $250.

Kevin Ricker, 39, of Standish was charged with permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile Jan. 15 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Albert L. Ridley Jr., 23, of Madrid was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 16 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $500.

Louise D. Ridlon, 57, of Avon was charged with cruelty to animals Jan. 28 in Avon. She was fined $150.

Michael C. Ringer, 36, of Wilton was charged with possession of firearm by prohibited person and with assault Dec. 25 in Wilton. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Scott A. Ripley, 39, of North Billerica, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 29 in Massachusetts Gore. He was fined $100.

Victoria M. Rivers, 22, of Farmington Falls was charged with two counts of assault Feb. 4 in Chesterville. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas S. Robertson, 18, of Clifton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 22 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Kate L. Rodgers, 25, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence April 17 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer M. Rogers, 27, of Bristol, Conn., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 30 in Wilton. She was fined $100.

Marc J. Rogers, 27, of Bristol, Conn., was charged with failing to stop motor vehicle Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $250.

Anthony Roy, 22, of Phillips was charged with discharge of firearm near dwelling Nov. 8 in Madrid. The case was filed.

Matthew Russell, 22, of Norridgewock was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked May 11 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Jenny A. Rusu, 21, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked-driving under the influence Feb. 13 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Lucinda J. Ryder, 40, of Livermore Falls was charged with failing to report Oct. 15 in Farmington. She was fined $150.

Stanley T. Sabeam Jr., 36, of Farmington was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 5 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Bryan P. Salter, 40, of Edgecomb was charged with driving to endanger Dec. 31 in Lang Township. The case was dismissed. For a charge of failing to yield right of way Dec. 31 in Lang Township, he was fined $300.

Justin R. Scarborough, 18, of Jay was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 17 in Jay. He was fined $200.

George A. Schmidt, 42, of Southington, Conn., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $125.

Christopher G. Shaw, 20, of Turner was charged with criminal mischief Oct. 31 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

David Sherwood, 35, of Auburn was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 30 in Davis Twp. He was fined $100.

Victor J. Silva, 23, of Farmington was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release May 7 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Richard R. Simpson, 65, of Richardson was charged with driving after license suspension March 30 in Coburn Gore. He was fined $250.

Carol F. Sleeper, 65, of North New Portland was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 15 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Stephanie L. Small, 22, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 14 in Farmington. She was fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Darren B. Smith, 40, of Dryden was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime and with terrorizing March 20 in Wilton. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Donald C. Smith, 27, of Mount Vernon was charged with driving under the influence April 22 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Thomas Smith, 32, of Lewiston was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Sept. 23 in Jay. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $1,396.15.

Raymond G. St. Amand, 37, of Auburn was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 24 in Strong. He was fined $700, sentenced to 10 days and his license was suspended for 18 months. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 24 in Strong, he was fined $500 and was sentenced to two days. A charge of attaching false plates Sept. 24 in Strong was dismissed.

Paula A. St. Germaine, 42, of Chesterville was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 27 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Jason R. Starbird, 22, of Wilton was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 27 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Wendy L. Stebbins, 34, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 25 in Farmington. She was fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Charles M. Stevens, 39, of Wilton was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 27 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Christopher R. Stevens, 23, of Waterford was charged with driving an ATV on a public way May 28 in Wyman. He was fined $100.

Corey L. Steward, 39, of Phillips was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 17 in Strong. He was fined $600, sentenced to seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Tracey L. Steward, 39, of Skowhegan was charged with aggravated criminal mischief Dec. 22 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving under the influence Dec. 22 in New Sharon, Steward was fined $700, sentenced to five days and her license was suspended for 180 days. For a charge of criminal mischief Dec. 22 in New Sharon, she was sentenced to five days and for a charge of refusing to sign uniform summons complaint Dec. 22 in New Sharon, she was sentenced to five days.

Lisa Ann Strother, 40, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle on snowmobile trail March 1 in Strong. She was fined $100.

Tammy L. Strout, 41, of Windsor was charged with failure to register vehicle Feb. 1 in Farmington. She was fined $150.

Gerald Sturtevant, 41, of Jay was charged with assault March 8 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer A. Sturtevant, 34, of Jay was charged with assault March 8 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

John H. Sullivan, 24, of Temple was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 27 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Tracy M. Sullivan, 42, of Kingfield was charged with acquiring drugs by deception Jan. 27 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Scott C. Sweetman, 36, of Pembroke, Mass., was charged with assault Jan. 16 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David E. Taylor, 36, of Starks was charged with driving after license suspension Feb. 14 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn L. Taylor, 28, of Fayette was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 6 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Samantha J. Thibault, 25, of East Wilton was charged with driving a vehicle without a license Jan. 30 in Wilton. She was fined $150.

Theodore S. Thibeault, 27, of Sebago was charged with fishing without a valid license April 16 in Lang Township. He was fined $100.

Melinda M. Thomas, 34, of Farmington was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 23 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Gerald Thompson, 60, of Jay was charged with failure to submit report May 21 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Joel Thompson, 30, of Phillips was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 29 in Phillips. He was fined $200.

Oscar O. Thompson III, 32, of Wilton was charged with burglary May 25 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Robert S. Thompson, 32, of Mercer was charged with assault Feb. 15 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Michael B. Tracy, 40, of Wilton was charged with three counts of assault Jan. 16 in Wilton. Probable cause was found on the 3 charges. A charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Jan. 16 in Wilton was dismissed.

Jacqueline F. Tullercash, 42, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 2 in Farmington. She was fined $250.

William E. Turgeon, 31, of Shapleigh was charged with a snowmobile rule violation Feb. 26 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Dennis D. Tuttle, 27, of Eliot was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 21 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Peter Tyler, 45, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence March 26 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Donald Upson, 42, of Gardiner was charged with attaching false plates Feb. 14 in New Sharon. He was fined $100.

Jaime L. Valderrama, 28, of Jay was charged with driving after habitual offender revocation Dec. 12 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kristi L. Van Blarcom, 26, of Livermore was charged with assault and obstructing the reporting of a crime Jan. 24 in Wilton. Both charges were filed.

Sheila Varney, 29, of Poland was charged with burning without a permit May 14 in Weld. She was fined $50.

Joann M. Velazquez, 23, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1 in Farmington. She was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Michael Virgin, 21, of Carthage was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 20 in Carthage. He was fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Thomas C. Virgin, 21, of Peru was charged with driving a snowmobile on a public way Feb. 13 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Thomas H. Voisine, 43, of Farmington was charged with criminal mischief Jan. 12 in Farmington. He was ordered to make restitution of $374.25.

Von & Son Trucking of Peru was charged with failure to register vehicle Dec. 20 in Weld. The company was fined $100.

Michael R. Wadsworth, 42, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 17 in Kingfield. The charge was dismissed.

Alton J. Walston, 78, of Wilton was charged with unlawful sexual contact April 30 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of unlawful sexual touching April 30 in Wilton, a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Alan Washburn, 37, of Farmington was charged with trafficking tobacco in an adult correctional facility March 16 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 30 days.

Edward L. Webber, 62, of Wayne, was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 6 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Shane L. Webber, 18, of New Vineyard was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 13 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100.

Jesse J. Webster, 20, of Carthage was charged with driving an ATV on a public way March 29 in Carthage. Webster was fined $100.

Merton E. Weed Jr., 33, of Livermore Falls was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Dec. 1 in Jay. He was sentenced to 30 days and ordered to make restitution of $252.

Benjamin M. Welch, 26, of Jay was charged with possession of marijuana April 27 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Jody M. Welch, 29, of Dixfield was charged with harassment Feb. 5 in Jay. Welch was fined $200.

Connie M. Westhoff, 47, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 25 in Jay. She was fined $200.

Tasha J. White, 21, of Phillips was charged with attaching false plates Feb. 1 in Madrid. She was fined $150.

Melanie A. Whitehouse, 33, of Jay was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 13 in Jay. She was fined $250.

Michael J. Whitehouse, 41, of Chesterville was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Wayne C. Whitehouse, 43, of Jay was charged with reckless conduct Sept. 23 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of threatening display of weapon Sept. 23 in Jay, he was fined $200.

Michelle Wilcox, 20, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 19 in Farmington. She was fined $250, ordered to make restitution of $19 and to perform 50 hours of community service.

Richard F. Wilcox, 24, of Phillips was charged with hunting without a valid license March 30 in Phillips. He was fined $100.

Vince A. Wilder, 38, of Jay was charged with failure to register vehicle Jan. 5 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Arthur Williams, 45, of Portland was charged with assault May 2 in Phillips. He was sentenced to 40 days and probation was partially revoked.

Jennifer M. Williams, 26, of Jay was charged with disorderly conduct April 3 in Jay. She was fined $50.

Matthew T. Wing, 31, of Kingfield was charged with driving under the influence April 14 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Amy C. Witt, 20, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Dec. 31 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Benjamin M. Worthley, 23, of Strong was charged with failure to report ATV accident Sept. 17 in Strong. He was fined $125.

Beth F. Wright, 26, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument July 24 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $89.82.

Lona B. Wright, 58, of Rockport was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 1 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Michael W. Wyman, 39, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 5 in Jay. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of violating condition of release Jan. 5 in Jay was dismissed.

Brian K. Yarborough, 32, of Jay was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 13 in Farmington. He was fined $250.
