Scott N. Therrien, 38, Leeds, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on April 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Christina Thibeault, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence on April 3, sent to jury trial.

Marcus Allen Thompson, 19, Auburn, violating condition of release on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Keith W. Townsend Jr., 37, Jay, possession of marijuana on Feb. 18, fined $200 by default.

Paul M. Treasure, 19, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on March 16, offense committed, fined $200.

Alex S. Tremblay, 18, Auburn, assault on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Dustin E. Trider, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Anthony Troiano, 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to four days.

Matthew A. Trombley, 24, Auburn, possession of marijuana on March 19, fined $200 by default.

Matthew G. Turgeon, 26, Durham, operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 5, fined $100 by default.

David P. Turner, 27, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on March 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Denise K. Turner, 33, South Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph Turner, 23, Mexico, furnishing liquor to a minor on April 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Shawn L. Turner, 21, Lewiston, assault on March 24, 2004, and terrorizing on March 5, 2005, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 53 days and probation partially revoked; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Jason Vachon, 18, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert Valles, 39, Portland, assault on Oct. 16, 2002, permanently transferred to Superior Court, sentenced to 120 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation.

Daniel J. Vassie, 49, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Michelle Margaret Verrill, 40, Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $600.

April Visconti, 25, Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Jason D. Walker, 20, Minot, operating while license suspended or revoked and criminal speed on April 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 72 hours on second charge.

Jason D. Walker, 20, Minot, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 10, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $75.

Alan Washburn, 37, Carmel, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 15, dismissed.

Andrew D. Washer, 37, terrorizing and two counts of assault on April 3, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ernest Watson, 29, Lewiston, assault on April 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin Webber, 22, Lewiston, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on April 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Jay M. Webster, 26, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Merton E. Weed Jr., 33, Livermore Falls, negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days and $144.36 restitution.

David W. Werbelow, 42, Shawano, Wis., duty status not current rule violation on March 29, found guilty, fined $250.

David L. Westfall, 45, Sabattus, criminal trespass on Jan. 30, dismissed.

Krista M. Whidden, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license, and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on April 17, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge; fined $75 on third charge.

Abraham J. White, 22, Turner, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on April 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Justin M. White, 23, Durham, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Travis R. White, 34, Livermore Falls, terrorizing on March 22, found guilty, ordered to 20 hours of community service.

Ty Albert Whitmore, 31, Poland, assault on March 2, sent to jury trial.

Harry R. Williams Sr., 56, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 8, dismissed.

Mark S. Williams, 49, Minot, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 17, found guilty, fined $500.

Greg Alan Wilson, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 28, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Gregory A. Wilson, 46, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Oct. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Gregory Alan Wilson, 24, Lewiston, being a fugitive from justice on May 31, dismissed.

Jamela Wilson, 27, Lewiston, burglary on March 22 and violating condition of release and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 18, first charge transferred to Superior Court; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Russell B. Wilson, 23, Poland, assault on Aug. 29, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Scott B. Wilson, 36, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on March 10, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

William Wilson, 26, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 20, filed with no cost.

Joel Witham, 28, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Frances M. Wood, 20, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 19, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael Woodhouse, 23, Durham, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report on April 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Eric R. Workman, 35, New Harbor, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 3, 2000, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Keith Wright, 28, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 26, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Benjamin William Wyne, 41, Mechanic Falls, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 15, 2003, found guilty, fined $300.

Angela Gerhart York, 25, Portland, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $100 and $700 restitution.

Michael Zemla, 36, Litchfield, criminal speed on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $300.
