RUMFORD – The next Business Lunch and Learn will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the River Valley Technology Center on 60 Lowell St., Rumford.

This month’s topic will be “SBA Financial Assistance” to be presented by Patricia Knowles, economic development specialist with the Small Business Administration.

This seminar will be an overview of SBA’s government contracting programs, business counseling and training programs, and seven myths about SBA loans. It will also include Women’s Business Center at Coastal Enterprises, SBA’s online Women’s Business Center and Maine Business Works – business development resources in Maine.
