AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Dwayne Lee Adams, 33, Lewiston, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Jan. 16, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth, fifth and sixth charges, sentenced to 93 days at the county jail for each charge.

Abdiaziz H. Ali, 35, Auburn, official oppression on July 12, 2004, and engaging in prostitution and official oppression on Aug. 12, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second and third charges dismissed.

Billy Allison, 24, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 1, 2003, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 1, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Judilyne Arthur, 35, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating under the influence, operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on April 20, 2004, found guilty on first, second and third charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $400, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but two days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 90 days on second charge; fined $200 and sentenced to two days on third charge.

Ryan L. Bachelder, 21, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 12 and Jan. 23, forgery on Jan. 27, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended, three years probation and $600 restitution for each charge; assault and criminal mischief on Feb. 21, both charges dismissed; burglary, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 18, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended, three years probation and $600 restitution on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail for each on second and third charges; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery and violating condition of release on May 12, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended, three years probation and $600 restitution for each on first and second charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail on third charge.

David M. Bailey, 31, Portland, operating under the influence with two priors on July 17, 2004, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Henry G. Baker, 40, Livermore Falls, gross sexual assault on March 14, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

William H. Baltrus, 41, Norridgewock, operating after habitual offender revocation with prior and operating under the influence with two priors on Aug. 20, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on first charge; fined $1,200, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and license suspended four years on second charge.

Kelly A. Beauregard, 27, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 25, 2003, filed with no cost.

Kevin M. Becvar, 20, Poland, terrorizing on Oct. 1, filed with no cost.

Terry L. Belanger, 48, Livermore, assault on July 14, 2004, dismissed.

Joseph James Benfante, 24, Lewiston, attempting to commit a class A crime on Sept. 24, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Frank Bennett III, 34, Mechanic Falls, assault on July 25, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Gerald L. Bergeron, 54, Canton, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on Feb. 19, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended, two years probation and $2,891.02 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 20, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days.

Timothy W. Bernier, 24, Richmond, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 1, 2004, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail on second charge.

Jason Bishop, 25, Leeds, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Dec. 1, probation violation, sentenced to nine months at the state prison; assault on April 26, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but one year suspended and one year and six months probation; and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on April 29, dismissed.

Howard Edmond Bridges, 50, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 10, 2004, filed with no cost.

Mark G. Briggs, 44, Wales, operating under the influence on Sept. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Michael Scott Brown, 37, Wales, habitual motor vehicle offender on July 30, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Robert Brown, 38, Durham, assault on Sept. 14, 2004, filed with no cost.

Adria C. Buchanan, 24, Lewiston, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor on July 30, 2003, and one count of sexual abuse of a minor on Dec. 20, 2003, probation violation on first charge and found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to nine days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Ronald Paul Buck, 35, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 27, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail with all suspended and $500 restitution.

Robert Buteau, 34, Greene, operating after suspension on June 15, 2004, found guilty, fined $250 and sentenced to four days at the county jail.

Jesse Caron, 27, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender on Feb. 20, 2001, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Elmer B. Carter Jr., 50, Lewiston, assault, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 28, 2004, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release, criminal forfeiture of property and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 21, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; third charge forfeited; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Elizabeth D. Chickering, 27, Georgetown, assault on June 16, 2004, dismissed.

Anthony R. Clark, 21, Winthrop, disorderly conduct on Sept. 2, 2004, and assault and reckless conduct on Sept. 25, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 35 days at the county jail.
